I was SOOOO HAPPY AND excited to finally do something like this for myself and have a nice clean car, until I tried to use my Defrosters and heater and nothing is working, radio buttons make the heater turn on and off now, none of my radio or heater buttons do anything they are suppose to. I immediately try to troubleshoot and when I realize it's no good I message back Alex and let them know immediately, asking if this is normal. No reply yet , but I hope they will understand paying 450 for my car to be cleaned and it come out damaged even if it is older is not what a 5 star detailing services would do. Hopefully they will issue a partial refund so I can now go pay to fix my electronics . I will recording my cars now in the condition before and after any car service to a sound this in the future . Great detailing but there were multiple soaking wet surfaces where they just soaked it in cleaner with little care about how it seeps into the electric components. Our vehicle was dropped off on December 2, 2025 and picked up December 29, 2025. Upon pickup, we discovered multiple personal items missing from inside the vehicle and new interior damage that was not present at drop-off. We immediately notified management, who stated they had no information and agreed that filing a police report was appropriate. A police report has been filed and the matter is being handled through proper channels. I'm sharing this so others are aware and can take precautions when leaving personal items in a vehicle during repairs.

I called around to several auto body shops in the Tacoma area, but all of them were either unwilling to take on that level of damage or also classified it as a total loss. My insurance wouldn't cover the repairs, so I was stuck paying out of pocket. I was nearly ready to scrap the car and buy a used one, until I found Matsenko Auto. I spoke with Mike, who was very friendly and provided updates throughout the entire process. After explaining the situation, they took my car in without hesitation. They assessed the damage quickly and assured me it was no problem for them to fix, which gave me the confidence I needed that the car was in good hands. To top it off, they quoted me a price significantly lower than the other shops I contacted. The repairs took about a month due to backordered parts, but now my car looks good as new. They even repainted the scratched areas in-house. This is a very professional shop that gave me a chance when no one else did. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

I took my car to Matsenko Auto Shop for a routine alignment and ended up getting scammed out of $590. They used sweet words to lure me in. They told me everything about they have to do check and work on all sensors to make sure my car working perfectly. That why I agree let them repair my car. But they do notthing in my car just using their computer to clear codes then return car to me within 1 hours. When I looked into standard pricing later, I realized just how badly I had been taken advantage of. Charging over $500 for a basic alignment is completely unacceptable and dishonest. More than a week warning lights issues come back I did call let them know about that they ask me bring my car back to them for check it. When i bring my car to their shop they ask me pay the same prices 500$ more to do that again. And replace all suspension. Bad customer service. No professional with customer. Look elsewhere for a mechanic who actually has integrity.

I live in Seattle so it was a drive to get to Port Orchard. My Tesla Model Y had some door and…read morequarter panel damage. There are a limited number of Tesla certified body shops in the area and many have very long waits for service. The one shop in Seattle that could get me in could not agree with my insurance on the cost. My insurance suggested Fix Auto as "a Tesla-certified shop we have been able to agree with in the past". Everything about the experience was smooth. I spoke by phone and they sent me a link to upload damage photos, and they made their repair estimate from that. Once they had the car there were additional costs discovered but they were able to get them accepted by my insurance with no cost to me. I was able to drop the car off for repair after hours (since they're so far away!) using a gate code they emailed to me. They have an automated text system that sends updates at each stage of the repair. ("Your repair is on time and moving to the paint shop!") They got the job done sooner than originally anticipated. I literally cannot tell that anything ever happened to the car. It's beautiful. As a bonus, they work with the local Enterprise Rent-A-Car so I was able to just leave my rental at the repair shop and they checked it in for Enterprise. When I had questions through the repair process, they were easy to reach by phone and helpful. As for cost, it was all covered by insurance, but the numbers were big. Fix's initial estimate was about 30% less than the Seattle shop, but after the additional costs were added the two bids ended up almost identical. (Of course, the Seattle shop probably also would have come up with additional costs.) My advice overall: Don't damage your car. If you DO damage it, go to Fix in Port Orchard. They were outstanding.
