The team fixed my fuel line and serviced the bike a couple hundred dollars less than Harley. Their customer service was great and met my needs. The reason for only 4 stars was from the moment you walk through the front door, it wreaked of cigarettes. I bought a shirt and hat from the shop and had to immediately wash them when i got home because the smell carried over and my family noticed when i brought them into the house. I just needed some tires mounted and decided to give Rottweiler a try. Most places around here act like they are doing you a favor working on your bike. These folks actually treat you with respect. I knew I was going to need brakes soon, and they caught that. I've been "upsold" at other places, but not here. Didn't try to sell me a new rotor, or flush my brakes. Just the pads. Nice. Prices were reasonable, work was on time. What's not to like? They even have cool custom bikes to check out while you wait. I just ride a little Honda "grocery-getter", and don't need work done often. I do my own oil and such. But when I need work, I know where I'll go. read more

I own a 2009 Big Dog K9. BDM Motorcycle company closed it's doors in 2012, I have taken my motorcycle to several service locations in Pierce & Kitsap counties over the years. About 4 years ago a good friend recommended Rottweiler in Bremerton. I have done the usual maintenance services with RMC ever since. This year, I began the process of preparing for spring rides. I noticed I had an abnormal engine rattle, engine seal leak and a slipping clutch. I spoke to Anjelica, BTW she's awesome, about my concerns and made an appointment. Jon completed an evaluation and discovered a broken engine seal and damaged vale guides. There was significant metal flakes throughout my transmission and primary. Jon was very concerned and spoke with me at length. He recommended numerous part replacements. Original BDM Parts are becoming hard to find and require several days to acquire through third party venders. Jon took special care during the entire rebuild. Despite having a terrible sinus infection during that time, he still managed to complete the repairs. I have previously owned a BDM 2005 Chopper, 2007 K9 and currently the 2009 K9. All total, I have ridden 80,000 miles between them. On my ride home from the shop, the bike sounded and felt better than when it was brand new. The motor sounded amazing smooth, the clutch handle was lighter than any of my previous BDM's and the transmission shifted effortlessly. I was shocked at how well it rides. I am so grateful to Anjelica, Jon and Rottweiler Motorcycle Company for their hard work and efforts to find original parts and their commitment to perfection. Brand new rider myself and so finding a quality respectable Motorcycle mechanic is a challenge. However the employees and owners here (Jon & Dr. De Hicks) are the most down to earth, professional and passionate people I have met. They helped me out a lot when I dropped my less thank week old Harley. Not only did they help me without question on my motorcycle but also didn't treat me as if I was stupid but instead with compassion and a want to help me improve and become better. What a great experience I had with this crew of folks. I have had to deal with these gentleman on different occasion, and have really been impressed with their response. I have dealt with Drew and Julius for the most part and they have been very professional. They have did repairs on my bike whereas I went to the place I purchase the bike and they charged me less. Anytime, have a problem that I seem to have problem getting taken care of they have volunteer to help me and they also gotten back in contact with me in a timely manner. If you want someone you can trust these are the ones you want to do business with. I only write from what I experience and not what someone else says. My dirt bikes, XR100 and CRF230F had been sitting for several years and were in serious need of fuel system work and I don't do carbs. Having neve had a good experience at the local Honda dealer I gave Rottweiler a call since they've previously worked on my Harley. It took a couple of weeks and I understood as there was no telling what parts would be needed and there's no way they can stock every possible part. Anjelica emailed me status updates regularly with everything they found to see if I wanted them to do the repair. Never got any kind of negative feedback for the items that I said I would take care of. When I picked the bikes up Jonathan walked me through everything he had done and what he found on each of them. This past weekend I took them out to Tahuya and tore up some dirt and slung some mud on the 230. I was also able to start teaching my granddaughter how to ride to 100. So I for the first time tipped my bike over along with my whole body lol! Bike got a little banged up but ok for the most part but I couldn't get to start back up! It would get power but no speedo or turn signals and so I spent hours trying to figure out what it was! Finally figured out that it was a tip over sensor but I still couldn't get it to start! So I called Jon at Rottweiler and he suggested a couple things to do and that if it didn't work to call him back! Of course I couldn't get it so I called back and set up a pick up! They were so cool about it! Got it picked up next day! Not only were they quick to help but Keith picked it up fixed it and had it back in less than an hour! Couldn't believe it! Was so happy to get it back so quick! I probably would of sat there for days trying to figure it out but thankfully the guys at Rottweiler were there! I'm pretty new to the area and have a 40 y/o bike that wasn't even road worthy. I was having trouble finding a place that would even work on an HD that old. Talked to someone at Cliff's Cycle Center who referred me to Rottweiler and I'm glad they did. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I got my bike back and it runs/sounds great.
