We had NW come out and Hydro seed our large backyard. The entire experience from start to finish was awesome. The person who answered the phone was very helpful and answered all of our questions better than any of the other companies we called. We were able to get an appointment within a few days and the guys who came to the work were great. They listened to exactly what we wanted and their work was perfect. They worked very quickly and were very professional. They made sure we know exactly how to take care of our new yard and it is a great comfort to know that if anything does go wrong they will come back out and make it right. Their price was better than most of the other companies, but their customer service was far superior!!! I would highly recommend them! Update: here is our beautiful lawn 3 weeks later!

    Solid work

Bob came out today and helped seed out front yard and overseed lots of bare spots in our side and backyard. Website was very helpful for getting the ground prepped and talking with Terry before the application was helpful to make sure I knew I was on the right track. He even rescheduled me last minute when I needed the accommodation. Bob was very helpful, on time, professional and courteous to my family. He worked hard and efficiently and left me with aftercare instructions. His level of service is the gold standard businesses should strive for. Looking forward to seeing my new lawn soon, would highly recommend.

Couldn't be more DISAPPOINTED I read all the Yelp reviews and ended up with these guys. I had called other places, priced things out, and thought this was the best overall value. They showed up hours before a heavy rain (which kind of, by default, negates their warranty). Sprayed. Rain came. Hydroseed didn't appear to move. This is early June. Wait a few weeks, grass shoots up. Some areas are spotty. Contact owner; says to wait a bit. Wait a bit more. Still nothing. It's clear there's not going to be grass growing in these patches. They come back over and basically say that if they spray more, it'll kill the existing grass that's come up, so I get a small bucket of seed and am left to do it on my own. Oh, by the way, you have to scrape off the 'glue' to get down to dirt so the new seed will take, so there's that. Multiply by about 100 spots and it's pretty tedious. I'm a hard worker, have completely remodeled my house, regraded my yard, etc. I should've just spent $100 on seed and straw and skipped the hydroseed. I'll be lucky if I get grass growing in those bare spots before fall, but I doubt it. During the germination phase, you're supposed to water very frequently (like 6-8 times/day), which I did. But once your grass is established (like day 45), you're down to every other day. So now, I'm beyond day 45, but need to plant new seed. The two watering schedule requirements do not compute. Thoroughly unsatisfied.

    Germination in 1 week!

As a small scale backyard gardener it can be overwhelming when you need more than a bag or two of garden soil and delivery rates can be quite the budget buster if you don't have a pickup truck at your disposal to haul bulk soil. After calling around this spring and comparing to rates I've paid in the past Olympic Organics was the most affordable I found by a long shot with reasonable delivery fees as well and I love that they're using both local residential and commercial sources in their organic materials. Was able to schedule delivery within a few days, prepaid over the phone and put a tarp out in the driveway on delivery day. My order arrived exactly within the delivery window and with the tarp set out very little instruction had to be given on my part on arrival. The Bremerton location opened in 2018 but Olympic Organics has been serving Kitsap County for 7 years. I'm not sure how I've not found them until now but the hand written thank you card from Tami with my printed receipt was a professional and friendly touch. I'll also note here that during the Covid shutdown of 2020 Olympic Organics waived delivery fees completely to support our local garden communities in addition to donating 5 yards of garden soil to South Kitsap Helpline's food bank garden. I'm happy to support this small business so engrained in the local garden community and you should too! Will certainly be ordering again.

Dear Business Owner, I sent an email with this experience, but am not sure who it went to (is Erin the business owner?) or if it was even received so I will leave this here since the reviews are clearly moderated. I was mainly unhappy with this service due to both the difficulty to reach someone and difficulty to get what I asked for. The sales level of your employees is very poor, this is worse considering that it seems they are stationed here and are not hindered by language barriers as well as being paid competitively. To start, I had ordered from the Lacey listed address, so I assumed it was in or coming from Lacey... later found out it comes from Sheldon which proposed some issues with the delivery later since it seems the drivers leave at 9 or 10 AM. I had relayed that I wanted the silver chalice type vase depicted in the Silver Christmas and Wondrous Holiday designs to the first lady I spoke with. The lady stated this was fine and even put it on the order so I saw it on the confirmation email receipt later. I also wanted the Christmas house and tree piece on the Kinkade. I even asked to find just anything similar or Christmas themed objects to put on the flowers. It was like she had no clue of the products. I was willing to pay much more extra, she still couldn't figure out how to do this which was fine I suppose but also the start of much more frustrations later. Keep in mind, if she has any type of moderate sales experience she probably could have even sold me the kinkade at a discount. I said I would call back later to confirm and make sure the order was set for the day after. I called early the next morning, I spoke to a lady who took me through all the steps just to tell me she literally cannot do anything, no matter what I asked she said she had to wait for the office to open at 9 am. She was however able to tell me that despite the previous lady confirming, that there was no chalice vase put on my order which I also saw in the confirmation picture text which you can't even reach anyone to respond to or edit (despite the picture telling you to call if you have issues). And nothing regarding the Christmas house. She told me the deliveries are end of day so my wife could literally get this at night when I'd already be home.. Haha. I was pretty upset by that as the other lady did not mention this and I assumed it would reasonably be morning or afternoon delivery like the other 40-45 flower companies I have used in my experience. Luckily the one thing she had power to do was request an AM delivery. Anyways, so why is there a call center for a call center..? Just have it go to voicemail and state the hours are closed until 9 am... This was a whole waste of time and inconvenience. The first lady should confirm the actual delivery times before taking payment. Anyways, I said that was fine and I called back at 9:06 AM, I got yet another different lady and guess what she told me? She says that all the reps are busy and to call back later, hahaha. So the call center directed me to yet ANOTHER call center lady. Seriously, just use an automated system--even Google voice will save you thousands per year. I finally called back after 10am, I gave the lady the gist of the aforementioned story, she apologized that the silver vase wasn't put there properly and that she cannot change it since the delivery just departed. In total, I spoke with three or four different reps for a small local based company now. The quality of the flowers itself was okay, they looked much better online but this is fairly normal. There was nothing that made me think your company went above and beyond on them. This is a small quirk, but I also assumed they might text the number I gave them to let them know there's a delivery outside or something, the guy rang the doorbell once and just put them there so she never saw them until I told her to go outside. In truth, it is mainly about the customer service and experience, we all know the flowers die in a couple of weeks. It is the level of care in the service that actually lasts and maybe the last lady I talked to kind of sounded like she cared but at that point it was too late.

I was sent a picture of the arrangement and it had lilies in it and they looked old and the arrangement was disappointing. I contacted them immediately and talked to an older gal who wasn't very nice. She said they would take out the lilies, and I asked for a picture of the completed arrangement. I waited...and never got a picture. I then called them back and talked to a nice gal and told them I rather the flowers not be delivered if they looked anything like the first picture. The nice lady said they would have redone a new arrangement if I wasn't happy, but I was never given that option on the first phone call I made, even though I told her the arrangement looked embarrassing. I was told that the arrangement was already out for delivery. Ugh! What my friend received looked pathetic. Not happy at all with this purchase. It's a lot of white flowers with brown tips. This is NOT a pretty arrangement at all. I'm sorry I spent $100 on this transaction. It's a bummer to spend half the day worrying, texting and calling. They did NOT make a second design for me, even though William said so. What a shady business.
