I absolutely love NW Coffee Bros! I've completely switched from other places in town to go here. It's the closest coffee stand to my house, and the location is perfect to swing into the gas station for something from the hot case or simply to get gas. Their prices are great, I feel like I get exactly what I'm paying for and I'm not cheaped out. The baristas always have a smile and are extremely friendly. They take the time to learn your orders, especially if you are a regular. They have a wide variety of drinks they can make, including a kids menu. I personally love their iced tea, iced mochas and their lotus energy drinks. Their daily special alternates between a coffee and a energy drink. The baristas come up with fun specials as well. I love the convenience of the app, as I can order when I'm leaving work and usually can roll right through to get my drink. The only downside is the lines are usually 2 cars back, and I've waited awhile before getting to the window, but they usually apologize for the wait. The baked goods are prepackaged and come in plastic, my "easy ice latte" was jam-packed with ice but the coffee part tasted fine. Comparable situation to the other coffee stand in town I tried, although the oatmeal from the other place was decent and not out of a package. Overall meh and I'd want to try another stand rather than making sure to return to this one. read more

In a humble location underneath the Shell sign in Forks, you'll find this great coffee trailer. They have friendly employees and great coffee, and obviously care about giving their customers a good experience. My husband and I both had the 20oz hot LATTE, which had 3 great tasting espresso shots in each latte. My experience with other coffee shacks in the past in other states has taught me that their drinks are usually sub par and watered down. This is definitely NOT the case with NW Coffee Bros. They're obviously using quality beans and are not skimping on the shots per drink. We'll definitely be back. This place is a winner. read more

Pros: Their custom made blue lotus dessert pear drink is delicious! I stay away from energy drinks because of how bad they are to your health, but energy from lotus plant? How curious! Staff ladies are so friendly, sweet, and accommodating. There is a good energy pace when ordering, we did not feel rushed like we do in many coffee shops/stops. Reusable cups are welcomed! So please bring your cups! They were kind enough to rinse mine from the sandy beach earlier. Perfect temperatures. Drinkable hot, not burning hot. Cold drinks cold with perfect amount of ice. They have HEMP MILK, the healthiest milk available! Better than soy (unfermented/estrogen), almond (high water waste in production), coconut (fatty starch), and of course pasteurized cow milk (hormones/methane). Their vanilla chai latte is creamy, smooth, tasty, perfect amount of sweet and temperature. Hemp milk latte is delicious! Light roast expresso bean, at least it tastes like it. Good beans! Steamed hemp milk with 2 shots of expresso. A non sweet, non bitter, smooth cacao note. Reasonably priced Cons: Only in Fork can you get these. Coffee with a side of COVID-19. The coffee was weak and tasted like brown water. But, what really compelled me to write this review was the attitude of the staff when asked why they weren't complying with the law and wearing masks. The server, with a ton of misplaced self-righteousness, replied that Forks is a small town and private businesses choose whether to follow the law. I wonder what other health and safety laws they choose whether to enforce when making food and drinks that are consumed by the public? It's a real shame that this business won't participate in the worldwide effort to stop the spread of COVID-19 and save lives. read more

The Parmesan Pesto bagel and White and Gold coffee are dangerously addictive. The bagel is melty and basily. It's stuffed well so you don't have to worry about pesto oil dripping or anything. If you want the extra lusciousness, add cream cheese, but I didn't think it was needed (and I love cream cheese). The coffee is also luscious. I don't remember what was in it; it was sweet but not overly so. It did NOT have any extra boosts in it as I get jittery, but I still got enough caffeine as it was. read more

My cousin and I stayed near Forks when we hiked the Hoh Rainforest - we tried every stand. All the others water down their espresso. This coffee shop operates in a shell gas station situated at the end of the town in Forks. It has a cute container like building and it's walk up or drive through only. They have several different drink options that vary from coffees, energy drinks, lotus energy drinks, and smoothies. I had a coffee on morning and a lotus energy drink the next. Both mornings this place had a line, it seems to be the place to go in town. The customer service was great and both ladies were really friendly in the morning. The lines did move slower then most places I've encountered though so if you are in a rush keep that in mind. read more
