Bagel Sausage Sandwich

Excellent coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Had the #2 (bagel) and #3 (English muffin). The bagel was def the winner, but both were solid choices. The caramel latte and vanilla latte were the best we had all trip in WA. Highly recommend this place!

a cute drive through only cafe with some really friendly staff! we got the: - egg, sausage, cheese on cheese bagel ($6.50) - egg, ham, cheese croissant ($6.50) - egg, spicy sausage, cheese english muffin ($6.50) - fairlife protein iced mocha ($5.50) - tropical harmony smoothie ($6) I liked the bagel sandwich and the smoothie the best! everything was pretty good and affordable, but they forgot our yogurt parfait :"(

Another cute drive through coffee shop. Service here was faster and I got a matcha latte (though I'm not sure if that was the best decision). The latte was a tad too sweet and it didn't sit well with me afterwards.

Stopped by for a quick pick-me-up on the way to Hoh Rainforest. Super impressed by how delicious the coffee was here! Ghirardelli mocha had that perfect chocolate flavor - sweet but rich. If you're a mocha lover, you will love this. Their apple cider is incredible - great if you want something uncaffeinated. Also grabbed a blueberry scone - it was decent. Would probably try a decent pastry next time, though. Drive-thru coffee stand. Staff were friendly, and they were efficient at preparing our order. Definitely recommend stopping by!

This drive-thru espresso and breakfast stand is an excellent spot for a freshly made breakfast sandwich or pastry with your coffee drink. A Shot in the Dark is located off of the main road that goes through Forks. I went through here a couple of times on my trip to Olympic National Park because I was in a rush each morning. A Shot in the Dark was the perfect spot for me to get my morning coffee fix before getting on the road. I had heard that the bagel and egg sandwiches were great here. So I ended up grabbing their Ham, Egg and Cheese Croissant one morning and really enjoyed it. This place was a great find!

Coming back from Hoh Rainforest, we were a bit tired and wanted to grab something to wake ourselves up. A Shot In The Dark was on the way to our lunch spot so we decided to stop by. - PARKING - Drive-thru only! There's a window on both sides of the small hut, so you simply follow the lines until you get to the order window. - SERVICE/ENVIRONMENT - The line can get long and extend out into the street, but when it gets busy, an employee comes out to each of the car windows to take orders as to move things along faster. They also bring some menus out to your car as it would delay ordering if you got to the window and still didn't know what you wanted, so that was nice of them to do! - DRINKS - Frozen Lemonade: Super refreshing and tart! Perfect for a post-hike treat. A few of my friends got coffee drinks and they seemed to enjoy them. - OVERALL - Cute little pit stop if you're in need of a refreshing drink, or a pick-me-up!

Caramel frappe and Tiger Blood Lotus drink

My husband got the Carmel Frappe- AMAZING!!! The best coffee we've had out! 10/10 recommend . I also got the tiger blood lotus drink and it was good! Will be stopping here again on our way out for sure . The girl working inside was so sweet and did an amazing job being in there alone!

Great croissant breakfast sandwiches and Chai Lattes!! We went to this place both days that we were in Forks. Service was friendly and pretty quick. This is a drive thru as you're coming into town from Seattle.

My dad's coffee was not only bland but was barely halfway full. Mocha was not a mocha at all. They did not have any warm food

I like my coffee on the sweeter side so I thought the coffee was delicious. My wife likes her coffee on the stronger side. She said coffee was good but a little too sweet.

There were two cars in either direction, so we pulled in behind the one that we thought would go the quickest. After about 10 minutes, we ended up pulling around and going in the other line. We found this one to be equally as frustrating. It wasn't until five bags of food and three drinks came into the truck ahead of us that we realized everybody must be grabbing breakfast for family. A nice exercise in patience! Once we did order, we we're only looking for coffee and iced tea, so it didn't take long. They got my wife's giant iced tea, large enough to bathe a small cat in, and my drip coffee with a shot of espresso in it. I have to say, the coffee was phenomenal! for whatever reason, organic coffee has a very sour taste to me, and this was just smooth and dark! Truthfully, I wasn't expecting a lot and this delivered. The ladies working here were very nice and despite the long wait, we found it was well worth it. It is important to note that this is basically a large shed with drive up windows on either side. I only say that because we drove by at first, and some other friends did the same thing as it's fairly inconspicuous. All in all, this was a solid coffee stop on the way out of town!

Easily one of the most popular spots on Vancouver Island…read more The sun peaked out in January and everyone and their mom visited Shirley Delicious Cafe. To be honest, I completely understand why. This cafe is a step above the rest. The inside is cozy, with a cabin-esque vibe and clear ceilings in their dining room for an indoor-outdoor feel. Despite the line of 20+ people, Shirley Delicious worked like a well oiled machine. Their menu included breakfast, lunch, and even a flight of soup (which I so desperately wanted). I ordered their date pastry, a hot caramel latte, and breakfast sandwich with avo. Each item was absolutely delicious. This is also a great location to shop for island goodies. Their storefront is filled with jams, sauces, metal working artwork, etc. Can't believe they can pack so much goodness into four little walls!

This was truly an amazing find! Tucked in the forest, this cafe is definitely delicious!…read more Definitely get here early as there could be a line out the door! We lucked out, thankfully. You order and pay first, then find a seat inside or outside. Ample seating options. For drinks, they'll call your name and you pick it up at the counter, while they will bring you your entrée. We came for breakfast, so I had a croissant BLT Harvati sandwich and a latte. My friend had a vegan wrap and a latte as well. The whole indoor feels like a greenhouse once before and transformed to indoor cafe. There are tons of metal welding artwork around and many little retail shopping corners inside. My croissant did not let me know, it was so delicious! They also have a small coffee/ice cream/grab-n-go trailer outside. Overall it's a nice place for breakfast or lunch! We tried coming back again, but the power went out so we weren't able to order anything AND have cash. Guess I'll have to come back to visit!
