Super super cute, tried the Lorelei (fig and caramel) iced with oat milk and it was delish. Thanks for going through the sweetener options for the matcha, we're not used to flavored syrups for a matcha drink. One little table, but we got ours to walk with, so it all worked out. Barely any wait on drinks, and we walked right up to order.

If you want something sweet get a jack's favorite with vanilla cream on top. Someone in line before me ordered it and it did not disappoint. I've also tried their vanilla latte and it's a good balance of sweet + espresso flavor. Service was very friendly and fast.

This small coffee spot of the main strip of road has some unique options when it comes to their beverage choices. The barista was very friendly when I ordered and I wasn't left waiting too long for my drink to come out. Overall, I would recommend this spot if you plan on spending some time walking downtown or are interested in checking out a spot with some different caffeinated options.

We stopped here for some coffees and for a Californian, the prices are great! For just under $40 we got a green juice and 5 specialty coffees, all medium except on large size. My iced vanilla latte was delicious. It's a cute little shop just at the end of the main area - give it a try!

I love this best coffee place in Poulsbo! Totally coming back! My new coffee stop!!

10/10 recommend! Love this! Everyone working here is so sweet! My new favorite coffee stop! I got the iced carrot cake latte it was so good! gone in 5 minutes! The vibe was amazing! I love how they centered it around their dog!! Coming back!

Delicious coffee from a sweet window shop with reasonable prices. The coffee was well made, quick to order. The flavors were subtle and didn't overpower the coffee flavor. A to go spot as there isn't seating.

such a cute little shop! we stopped by for some morning drinks and i got the banana cream matcha. the banana flavor is pretty faint but it was still a solid matcha with this flavoring. the prices are pretty reasonable and the worker was super sweet. there's only one person working so keep that in mind! they also have many seasonal drinks which is fun to choose from.

Very cute little walk up coffee window in downtown Poulsbo. They have delicious seasonal drinks as well as regular faves. Not much in the way of snacks, although they sometimes have local baked goods and fresh local flowers. The girls who work there are nice and constantly busy so be nice and tip well!

Flavorful drink specials in this walk-up window cafe. 2 people behind the counter to speed up the process . Fig and caramel latte was flavorful and they know how not to make the drink too hot.

We were looking for a good coffee shop in Poulsbo and stumbled on this cute little coffee shop in the main street of town. We've tried a few other coffee shops in the area but wanted to try something new. They had a cute stand to purchase flowers in addition to their drinks. We ordered two of their seasonal drinks: the ferry girl and the secret garden matcha. I'm a big fan of matcha with strawberries or blueberries, so I was looking forward to it. Unfortunately, it was one of my least favorite matcha lattes I've consumed. The barista added about 4 pumps of sweetener to a 12 oz latte, and the smallest amount of matcha you can imagine. Not saying I expect all matcha to be whisked traditionally, but you can't even taste it at all in the drink since it was majority syrup and milk. I couldn't finish it because I couldn't take how sweet it was. If I were to try it again, I'd ask for less sweet. However, I passed by another girl who ordered a matcha latte and the color of it was just as dull as mine, so not quite sure if I'd opt for Byrdie's for matcha again. The ferry girl latte was good though. It was a cookie butter latte that had the right amount of sweetness but was very coffee forward. I liked that there was some crumbled cookie on top for texture and decoration as well. The seasonal menu looked great and the prices were reasonable within a tourist area of Poulsbo. I wish I had better things to say about that secret garden matcha, but it was more of a strawberry coconut milk than a matcha in any way. The coffee is great and customizable. Overall, I think I'd stick to some other coffee shops around the area, but it's an alright place for a quick pick me up.

For those that like fresh roasted coffee and well roasted coffee this is the place for you. In all…read moreof Kitsap this roaster stands above the rest. Small batch and roasted well never burnt. This location specifically is my favorite. (They have 1 downtown Poulsbo and another opening in Silverdale) It's the OG and everything about it whispers cozy coffee shop. A perfect place for a quiet date or a place to do some office work or meet with a friend. Even the outdoor seating is cozy. It's not a huge place so it's kind of forced into being cozy but they have used the space well. Even have a drive through. Though fair warning as this is the best coffee around that drive through line leaks onto the main rd and you may be better off just going inside. They also have such unique specials for espresso based drinks. I have never been led wrong by their flavor combos. The also sell single origin ethiopa coffee and canned cold brew, 2 things I am always on the hunt for.

Caffe Cocina "The Good, the bad, and the ugly"…read more Caffe Cocina is surprisingly busy, perhaps due the the Finn Hill Road drive through? I have very mixed feelings about this local Poulsbo, and soon to be Silverdale, establishment. The good: Caffe Cocina's food is arguably the best reason to visit one of their cafes. In particular, the chicken chorizo breakfast burritos are really delicious! The drink selection is extensive with some innovative twists on lattes and other coffee and tea based drinks. Unfortunately, I really judge a coffee shop on its ability to brew a really flavorful cup of black coffee - I will come back to that later in the review. The bad - The Finn Hill road location has mediocre to bad customer service depending on the day and the shift. Unless you are a charismatic individual under the age of 30, you are likely to be received with no shortage of attitude and general disdain...as if it is your pleasure to be ignored for as long as possible and then to have your order taken with the type of apathy that I would normally approach a Monday morning work conference call where you know you are going to have to listen to that one coworker that seems enamored with their ability to ask questions on points already sufficiently covered...I digress. The downtown location has much friendlier service, so head there if you do not require drive through services. The ugly - The coffee and coffee beans, probably tolerable if you are having an espresso-based drink, but I would shy away from the drip coffee and the beans for brewing coffee at home. The coffee is frankly over roasted, too oily, and decidedly one note for most of the beans that I have tried. I have sampled dark, medium, light roasts and single origins and have not tried anything worth recommending. Should this have been a 3 or a 4 star review? That depends on the location you are visiting and what you are visiting for. If you simply focus on the downtown location, I would by default increase this to a (4) star review due to the excellent customer service and the fact that they offer a pour over (unfortunately, the coffee is still mediocre). If you are visiting the Finn Hill location for anything other than the food, I stand by my (3) star review which is frankly generous given my experience most visits.
