They are on time, responsible, honest, courteous and considerate. He notices the small things and takes time to do things the right way. (Cleaning and installing new underground gutter drain lines that ran under our patio even though it wasn't part of the scope of work, wrapping a small part if the exposed lighting chord with conduit so the weed whacker doesn't cut it, etc)He listened to what I wanted and we worked great together in figuring out solutions to things that came up, as always happens with old homes :) I will always call Gustavo for all out outdoor needs!

I hired A&R Restoration to repair a damaged bathroom floor and lay down new tile. I was not very…read moreimpressed with the job they did. There was a large, moldy spot from water damage and also a section was cut out and patched with OSB plyboard by the water restoration company. A&R just covered the area without doing any repairs. No cutting out the mold or reinforcing the floor. This is not something that I asked for and the other quotes I got included repairing and replacing the damaged areas to the floor. I did not look at their quote close enough to notice that they did not include replacing the moldy and damaged area. I never thought a company would consider doing a repair this way. Their quote was not even the lowest. They simply laid down new tile over the damage without repairing any of the damage. I thought this was strange but the owner said the cement board would hold it in place. I had another flooring company retile my kitchen and they told me it would likely start to sink. So I will have to hire a second contractor to go under the house and put in additional support under the floor. Also troubling is the hole they cut around the flange for the toilet was much wider than the flange so the plumber I hired was not able to install the toilet. I had to hire another contractor to fix that error. A&R either did not notice this issue or they noticed and did not inform me, and both of those scenarios are troublesome. They were expensive for the amount of work they did. I would not use A&R Restoration again.

It had been about 5 months since it was initially landscaped so our grass was about a 1.5ft long and weeds were rampant! My neighbor and I each got quotes with my neighbor's quote from a competing landscaping business being THREE times as high (because they quoted 4 hours of work). The owner, Jeremy Inman, is directly tied to WDGT LLC, another landscaping and concrete business that has a well-documented history of unethical business practices. My wife and I hired WDGT LLC for a large-scale project, trusting them with over $75,000, expecting professional and timely completion of the work. However, after completing less than a third of the agreed-upon work, they abandoned the project, leaving us with $45,000+ in uncompleted services. After disappearing, Jeremy shut down WDGT LLC and refused all communication. Despite our multiple attempts to contact him directly and through legal representation--including delivering a letter to the address associated with both businesses--he has continued to avoid any responsibility. What's more alarming is that he has now resumed soliciting work under Pro West Landscape LLC, a business that appears to be following the same pattern as WDGT LLC. We've received numerous messages from others who had similar experiences, confirming that Jeremy continues to take large deposits from unsuspecting clients without delivering on his promises. It's disheartening and frustrating that someone can run off with tens of thousands of dollars, shut down one business, and simply start another under a different name to repeat the same unethical practices. We've even seen posts from Jeremy himself boasting about acquiring expensive new equipment shortly after abandoning our project.
