Willies has kept it in top shape all this time. Every 3-4 years i have them clean it and apply stain. They have excellent pricing and always do extras like they had to go over a small deck to get to my roof, so they pressure washed it and stained it for free because they already had everything there. By mistake they got some stain on the paint and told me about it, asking if I had left over paint to fix it and they did without being asked. No high pressure tactics and no trying to expand the job. These guys truly are the best at what they do, honest and honorable, which explains why they have been around for so long.

Upon reaching out to this company I talked with a…read morecustomer service rep to schedule an in person estimate, despite having that scheduled I received multiple text requests to approve a virtual estimate (which I did not want to do.) The company also rescheduled my in-person estimate twice (the day prior to the appointment). On the date of the (twice) rescheduled in person estimate they canceled, said they'd reach out to reschedule, but were never heard from again. Frustrating experience, to say the least.
