I have bought dozens of tops and several scrub jackets here and re-sold quite a few as well when my assignment changed or I took a contract at another hospital. I highly recommend. (If something wasn't recent enough or in quite good enough condition to re-sell there, I took it a block down to St Vincent de Paul for a good cause. Brought in brand new scrubs to sell and she gave me 1.00 for each item. Really? There is a sign on the wall that says not to argue or question their decision. Staff is not friendly or polite. These couches had best high quality brown leather I'd ever seen with curved edges, super comfy, solid craftsmanship (kind of spendy but worth it) You dream of having them forever! Well, our dogs were jumping around on them, and since the leather had thinned a bit, wear n tear and lots of sunshine in 15 years made for a little bit of dry leather. Then my 4 legged fur babies poked holes in some of the cushions with their nails it really looked tacky. So I called Dewitt designs and spoke with Jim, he said I could get the cushion covers replaced!!! I was ecstatic because these are our forever couches. You know something really nice you want to hand down to family member. Well, the whole process took three or four weeks, and Jim was so pleasant and so helpful. We first wanted to make sure the leather matched the original couches color/texture so he sent me samples then I got the final product. Here's a picture of the finished product. I am so pleased with the customer service and quality of DeWitt Designs I highly recommend them!!!
