I was stuck early one morning with a keyless entry Ford Edge SUV (with what I learned later was likely a failing battery). I couldn't open the doors or start the car. The physical key was also giving me problems so I couldn't even get into the vehicle. I contacted other locksmiths, but Mark was came in at a great price and tried to walk me through testing the key fob, swapping its batteries, the physical key and anything else that could be wrong. Luckily for me the battery came back to life enough for me ro be able to take the car to Mark. There he did some diagnostics and told me it was likely a failing battery and not the key fob. Well, I was grateful for that as it meant I didn't need to replace the current key fob. But I don't like to be left unprepared so I asked him to program a second key fob while I was there. I had bought one previously but put off getting it done. Mark quickly cut and programmed the new one. It worked as good as the original. Anyway a long annoying morning ending up pretty great as I now knew what was wrong, was able to get into my car and get it started. And I got a new key fob done for a great price. Mark is amazing. I was aggravated for weeks after losing my spare car keys. Yes, I had another set, but it was such an inconvenience to depend on somebody else for keys. I called Mark at 1:45 on a Tuesday and inquired about his services. I called him back at 2 o'clock, and he said he can come over to my house and make me a new set of keys immediately. Needed a replacement transponder key for a 2016 Ford Focus because I only had one key. Getting it from a Ford dealer is expensive since it required the part (the key itself) plus programming and I would have to drive to their service center. Called Mark based on reviews here and he showed up in his van as promised. Quickly cut me a new key, then went to work to program it. He plugs a computer to the OBD port in the car to program.
