The building and parking lot are all meticulously kept clean. They have a beautiful fish tank, several TVs and video game systems for the kids to play while waiting (not that you ever have to wait, so I don't think they ever get played ). Dr Brust is such a cool guy who has so much energy, always has cheesy jokes, and makes it a point to make a connection with every single person that walks through his doors (family of patients included). There have been a couple times when their system didn't charge us our monthly fee like it was supposed to, and they were very easy to work with to straighten it out. The ladies at the front desk usually seem kind of snotty, but I only deal with them for the 2 seconds it takes to schedule the next appointment, so whatever, they don't bother me. My daughter's teeth look beautiful and we are looking forward to her braces coming off for good this fall. I can not stress enough, Dr Brust is who you want to be your orthodontist.

The entire staff is kind and helpful. Our first to have braces only had them for a couple of years. Her teeth weren't too bad but we started kind of late with her. Her teeth are still so beautiful!! Our second and third children had to start much earlier. Typically they start with phase one which is for making space and expanding the mouth for adult teeth. Both of our boys have been through phase one and are heading into phase two. Dr. Brust is sooo good with the kids! The office has video games for the kids to play, a beautiful fish tank, a hot drink and snack area, and a play area for younger siblings. NEVER HAVE I FELT PAIN LIKE THAT AT THE DENTIST! First of all I had to pain $99 for nitrile (laughing gas) bc my nerves are so bad in the dentist chair and I didn't even feel it! He said it was at the highest which I call bullsh*t because I've gotten the gas since childhood. I've also had 6 teeth pulled in the last year so I know what to except. Then he just wiped the outside gum with the numbing agent and STARTING shooting those needles in me. No time in between to let the numbing agent work! But when he just JABBED those needles in the roof of my mouth (w/out numbing agent) I was out of my mind it pain. Dr najor never gave me a shot by just gaming it into the roof of my mouth, or anywhere else! I was literally crying, big cry too, in that chair. He proceeded to take forever to pull the 3 teeth.
