Me and my daughter was seated right away. My daughter had the full set with gel and I just had the gel on top of my real nails to help them grow out. They started on my daughters nails, sanding and getting the gel off of her nails. They then started on me. They sanded some of the gel as the sanding was VERY hot, it hurt. She then put cotton swabs soaked in what I believe was acetone wrapped each finger in foil. I sat there as I watched them do my daughters nails. My daughters nails were done by the time they even scrapped the gel off my real nails. I'm at the point as why should I go through this every 2 weeks? I don't want the gel at this point back on my real nails if its going to put me through all this time, burning pain of the sander. So I tell the guy scrapping my nail gel off my nails that I would just like them painted instead of putting the gel back on. Finally, its off. I wanted a manicure. I guess I don't need it or something. He just starts painting my nails. O. K. then. He bumps my nail, Ugghhh. Has to repaint that one. My daughter is patiently waiting for me to get done. This is crazy how long this is taking. I watched a whole basketball game on tv... He paints my nails then tells me to sit there for 10 more minutes until they dry. Why not put me under the heat light? It would be faster. I have never just sat there and waited until they dry. Ok. 10 more minutes, felt more like 25 minutes, went by and she came around and told me 2 more minutes. Ok. They do not feel dry. She tells me they are dry. Ok. I told my daughter to get in my purse to grab my card to pay for their services. I still felt they just weren't dry. I have never paid for my nails after they painted them. They are suppose to ask for payment BEFORE they paint them as to not hurt my nails polish. As I walked out to the truck, I get in the truck pull my seatbelt over across me and just as I figured THEY WERE NOT DRY!!! My newly polished nails are now ruined. Oh well. I don't have enough time to run back in there as I have been in here for 2 1/2 hours. I have never been more upset at a nail salon as I was with this one. WHY didn't they just let me dry my nails under the lights? I don't understand it. I will NOT be back in this nail salon--

I was on hold for 15 minutes each using 2 cell phones and they refused to pick up. Message said I was the next caller over and over on both phones but it is clear they only want you to leave a message. I left message and got a call back but I'm not on telephones regularly. I drove over just now and got here at 4:55 pm (I work ) and they were closed!! The hours are 9-5 only 4 days a week! I returned their phone call then at 5:01 pm from my cell. It would not let me leave a message. This is insane. I can't be the only one that has this problem.

This is a small, family-run salon. John, his wife Chao, their son, and Maria are all very skilled and kind. I've loved every pedi and mani I've gotten from here. I usually have Chao do my dip manicures and Maria do my pedicures. They get to know their clients here, and Chao will have have a beautiful polish picked out for me because she knows exactly what I like! This isn't a bright lights, glitzy salon with menus and wine. There are plenty of those. This is family-feel, relaxing, and welcoming. Customers come first.

The first time was fine, but the second time I booked a technician who had many good reviews, and she didn't even show up. Two different technicians ended up doing my pedicure and manicure, which was disappointing and not what I scheduled. The third time I chose "any technician," and it was the worst experience. My nails were not done well at all, the color bled into the cuticles, the shape was uneven. My pedicure was also very poorly done and the polish started chipping after only 4 days, even though I didn't do anything extreme like going to the beach or pool. For $115, this was definitely not worth it. Unless you have a specific technician you trust, I would not recommend choosing "anyone" here. The quality feels like Russian roulette! You don't know if you'll get someone good or not. My experience was more stressful than relaxing.

The owner seems nice but I only had maybe one interaction with him. The instruments don't ever look very clean, every time I've come they have me sit at a station and it's covered in dust, nails and dirty towels. I don't think I've ever seen them grab a fresh towel before starting on me. I got acrylics done the last visit before this one and he made them very thick, the acrylic also wasn't laid completely flat on my nail bed. So It was frustrating because I kept getting stuff stuck between where the acrylic and nail had gaps afterwards. This last time I came, I got my acrylic removed and just wanted a regular polish. The girl who worked on me was pretty much burning my fingers with the drill when removing the acrylic, I tried to hang in there but eventually had to ask for her to take it a little easier. She was on a call for about half of the time and when I got my polish and left, I noticed my nails weren't filed evenly and the polish didn't cover my nails completely in some areas. I don't like making a fuss about those things so I just left it alone but sadly this will be the last time I come here. It's pricy getting nails done now a days so I really don't want to pay a forth time for the same experience again. I was just hoping this place lived up to the hype I read about but it's not the place for me.
