We also have to pay for parking outside, unlike us younger people they can't update the parking app. They put quarters in, so for them to wait there an hour and not be seen is crazy to me. They need a more efficient system.

When we arrived, we were told that we had to reposition our residents onto a stretcher. Our residents require a specialized Hoyer lift for all transfers and we do not travel with our lift. After explaining that and discussing that we could completely tilt our residents back in their wheelchairs (which we have done previously at dental appointments) we were told that the specialist still did not feel comfortable treating our residents. This practice should review ADA regulations.
