Oh, and a shot of alcohol that was quite similar to the kind of margarita you'd get from someone who adores tequila. Delicious!! With tax and tip, the meal was 108 reals, or about $27...for two. Calamari was heavily battered and a little fishy -- if you're used to the lightly battered style you get in the US, this will seem more like the batter they use on fried clams. And of course, being as immature as we are, we laughed at the enormous length and made a lot of dirty jokes as we ate it. Fun! The drinks are smaller here than most other places we've been but are strong. Caipirinhas were good, but we had better a couple blocks away at Porcao.
