This is an amazing watch shop. I have done business with them for over 20 years and I have never walked out disappointed. From replacing a battery in my higher end watch that I was afraid to change, to replacing the crystal in my everyday watch, they do it all! The owner is a quite cheerful man who enjoy chatting with. O K Watch Shop is awesome. This place is totally frozen in time. The store hasn't been updated in a GAZILLION years. BUT they have very decent high-end watches and jewelery. The people who work there are wonderful. Their repair guy is awesome and they charge very little for his work. The fix it guy has it done before you can blink and he is HYSTERICAL. He's this little Japanese guy who wears a visor and magnifiying goggles who only grunts and rarely speaks (kinda like the way Mr. Miyagi grunted in the Karate Kid). He reminds me of a character from a comic book or something- he's surreal. He's really nice and GREAT at what he does, he's just not a Chatty Cathy. I like this place a lot. Always quick service at a rear bale price. I have been taken my watches here for at least 10 years for battery changes (done while you wait) and mi or repairs. I had a class changed out last week in my watch. I think it was only $17 for that and a new battery. I would highly recommend bringing your watch here if it needs anything done to it. read more

OK Watch shop will fix any watch or clock you can manage to drag into the store. They won't even laugh at you if you bring in a watch from a cereal box that needs a new battery. Not only do they repair watches, but clocks as well. If they can't fix it on-site, they send it out for service with a very speedy turnaround. They sell clocks, watches and jewelry. I've only had occasion to frequent this establishment once. I had/have a watch that was sputtering. The second hand moved, but it was awkward. I really thought I needed a new battery. After OK Watch looked it over, they announced that it was more than that. There was something in the mechanism that was causing the halting movement. They led me to believe it was not worth fixing. As it was an expensive watch, I was a bit put off that they weren't going to fix it, but I figure that's why I sought their expertise. In the years since, I have concluded I don't need to wear a wristwatch so do not miss the still nonfunctioning watch. read more

It is ridiculous that I've lived in this area so long and with my affinity to watches never bothered to check this place out! Excellent prices on battery replacement and adjustments. The folks there are professional and old school in their service. They don't just slap a battery I there they adjust the time and the date and make sure everything is working correctly before polishing it up before handing it back to you. And their prices are absolutely ridiculous! 3 watch batteries and adjustment, $15 bucks. Try getting that kind of service and price from your "mall guy" highly recommended! read more

This place has been in business as long as I remember living in Millville, guess that why its still in business. It seemed to be the type of place where if you go here you've been going here for years. This however was my first time. Nice typical downtown shop with glass cabinets with women and mens jewelry. I was actually surprised at the niccce selection of watches they had. There was a book too where you could order from aswell. Apparently you can make payments or arrangements bc they were discussing something of the sort with a woman in the shop. They do custom work aswell such as engraving and sizing but he told the woman it would take month to receive, in all fairness I dont know what she was getting done but I wondered what could take a month. I went to get three links out of a watch and a battery. Cost me $10, pretty fair I guess. I would go back for sure just to support the local business rather than Walmart or something... that is unless of course its only $1 or something for the same service. read more
