Their customer service is on point. You feel welcome and appreciated. I am typically in there with low cost repairs. You are not treated as if you are wasting their time or as if your $50-75 ticket is inconsequential. Every time I have needed a repair I have been super happy with the fair quote I received and the efficient turnaround. Their jewelry selection is varied and gorgeous. Their offering covers all price points. They will continue to receive my business.

They explained that selling the item by the weight of the silver was a better option than trying to find an online reseller who bought individual pieces. I went to Spinelli Jewelers to see if the watch was real, which we doubted, but to possibly have a battery put in it. My husband and I have been in a lot of jewelry stores over the years but I have NEVER met someone so RUDE and CONDESCENDING as the woman I encountered at Spinelli Jewelers. She confirmed that the watch wasn't real, she then rudely asked me "You wouldn't spend $10 to put a battery in a good watch??" I asked her how you could tell that the Movado wasn't real and her condescending response was "Because I've been doing this for many years!", etc. I then told her that my husband got the back off to see what kind of a battery the watch would need and she indicated that if it was real, we wouldn't be able to get the back off. I told her that my husband had a watch repair kit and was able to get it off to which she actually LAUGHED and said that was the funniest thing she ever heard!!! I have NEVER had a sales person act so rude and condescending as if she were better than everyone else. I would NEVER purchase anything from Spinelli Jewelers even if I had to pay 3x the purchase price somewhere else!!

They tell me since I own my tank to go try somewhere else. Panicked, I start calling around. It's the coldest in a long time around here, and no one is picking up. I leave messages as I get ready for the wedding. Eric from Gastec calls back and after a few forms they tell me they'll be out as soon as possible. Two days later, worrying I may of messed up waiting so long they came out and filled the tank! $10 hazardous charge and lower price from my other supplier. I will definitely be using them again!!! I went there right after they left the property and found frass on a window sill inside the house. This was not on the report. I asked for them to go back and check the window sill. The rude lady on the phone (the inspector wife) told me that it was most likely fine and didn't need them to go back to check. I insisted and got an appointment for them to go back and check what was missed. Today, my agent told me that they called the seller's agent and they had a nasty attitude. And told the agent to tell me that they went to the property without actually going. This company is not trustworthy. Take your business elsewhere. Ps: They also missed a mud dubber next on the exterior of that window. Edit: gaslighting is the opposite of honesty.

I went to see Caleb at DeSoto Jewelers to sell some gold necklaces I no longer wore. He tested all of the pieces to make sure the gold was what was stamped on the pieces and he gave me an excellent value on the gold. He didn't lowball me and received an amount slightly higher than market value for the gold. I highly recommend DeSoto's. read more
