At the second house, the Santos crew needed to replace overgrown, old landscaping and redesign plant beds. They totally removed all plants, re-designed all beds, and re-planted all new plants. Although the first job was small, the second job really showed of what the group was capable since expansive changes were made to the front yard, the back yard and both side yards. In the front yard, the old landscape walls were removed, new wall pavers updated and re-defined the landscaping-bed shapes. Plants were carefully selected by Efrain (the Lead), and were strategically placed to result in color and location balance. The whole property became aesthetically pleasing. Efrain and his highly skilled crew listened to our ideas, provided solid guidance and offered their valuable opinions when asked. They came when scheduled and worked diligently to complete the job before moving on to someone else's. The trees, bushes, and ground cover were carefully planted in holes which had been correctly prepared with new planting soil, fertilizer and mulch or stone. We were told how to care for the plants and what to expect as they grew to maturity. They checked our sprinkler system to make sure the water was hitting all the plants as needed. Our present home was a large job but after working with this crew for two jobs (one small and one extensive), we feel blessed to have found skilled, reliable, honest, and hardworking professionals who charged us fairly and kept their word to provide us with grand results. We can't wait until the plants mature to their full beauty. We are so grateful that we have told Santos Landscaping (Efrain) that they can send people to our house to see the results and ask us questions about our experience. Again I contacted to see if they were going to get the situation resolved but to no avail so whomever gave them a 5 star rating I call bullshit because they sure are not that and then some no professionalism nothing zip zilch zero also park their vehicle and tractor in front of others homes also put out orange cones to totally block the street what if an emergency?
