Alex provided all information I needed for HOA to quickly approve the project, and once approved I was quickly added to his schedule. They were timely, clean, and the end result great! The crew doing the install work for Goney's directly and were quite professional and courteous. The real benefit of going to Goney's is actually going to the nursery and being able to see what you were going to get installed. The staff at the nursery were very helpful about info about the plants. If you hire a landscaper with no nursery you do not know what you will be getting installed. He did say that the reason he was delayed was due to a customer who called and wanted her landscaping done in 2 weeks and would not take no for an answer which delayed other pending jobs. We need new trees planted because what they planted died, but we have not been able to get anyone to come out and do anything for us. We have sent numerous emails, called the store, even went into the store- they claimed they couldn't replace our trees because they didn't have our original design order on file. What?? It's been over 4 months with absolutely no follow-up from them. I would recommend finding someone else. We are contacting Arredondo Landscaping for our service from now on. Once that was completed Cliff lined the flower beds with a new weed barrier and replaced the wood bark with white marble rocks. What a huge difference, I couldn't be happier.
