He made several calls on our behalf to help us find what we needed that was forward along our traveled path. So thankful he got us hooked up with a truck delivering in OKC only 1.5hrs farther out and on the same day. Dearship refused a loaner or rental while they determined if it was under warranty even though I was supplied one 6 weeks earlier for same basic problem , I had just buried my mom the day prior transportation was needed .To say i was irrate is an understatement. I was told the issue was my fault, and not covered and the cars entire electrical system was shorted out .I contacted corporate explaining the exact issues I was having and was told to take it to another dealership .
