Martin and Jakobie were ROCKSTARS!!! They both jumped to help me in the extreme heat. They checked the battery and everything under the hood. Then they helped me find the correct size rivets that needed replacing under the hood. They did everything with a smile!! Highly recommend this shop and these two awesome gentlemen!!

Initially, he couldn't find the right records (searching online) relating to its purchase. I had no receipt because I'd loaned my car to my step-son for over a year and he'd been the one to buy the battery. No records to review, the O'Reilly guy wasn't able to help at that point. I decided to put it on hold until I could talk to my step-son and get particulars on the purchase. I left the store but before I even got home, I got a call from O'Reilly's. The guy telling me he'd kept after the research and found what he needed to honor the warranty. That's pretty cool he pursued the issue on his own. Got a new battery = Happy Ending.

I Went to the auto service section, and the guys were really friendly and they talked to me like an actual human; they understood my concerns and related to me. Afterwards they worked on my car quickly and went above and beyond what was asked, they cleaned the oil that had leaked all over the engine and floor, and gave me a filter and oil change in no time! We decided to test drive the new Street Glide 3 Limited and see what all the talk is about when it comes to the new suspension on the 2026 Trikes. During the test ride I hit all the bumps by our house that I knew hurt her before. This time with the new trike, she felt zero pain. That meant everything to us.
