I should have read the reviews before coming to this location :( I made an appointment and waited in line when I got here, and I have my kids with me. After standing in line for almost 20 minutes I'm next but the employee Sebastian yells at the line, "who's here to pick up" everyone behind me says they are. Guess who gets help before me? All of them. Again I had an appointment and I had already been here today, I just need a patch for a screw that's already marked on my tire. Instead of taking two seconds to ask me what I needed, he made me wait even longer then once he was done he grabbed another employee to help me. I got all new tires at another discount recently, just going to go back to that location next time. Corporate clearly needs to help this location, avoid until then. Was needing a tire repair. Tread depth read 8/32. Gentleman said it was too low to service and would have to purchase a new tire. I guess they don't do repairs on tires unless they are new. 8/32 is enough depth. Watch out they might try and upsell just to make a sale, than to actually help. read more

Good for tire pressure check, was dissappointed because they only open the east door 1st so everyone on that side gets checked in first. Really busy and hope they get the signs (and enforce it) up soon so people (like the jerk in a red pickup with a boat) won't continue to block the disabeled parking in the future. They say make and appointment and save yourself some time, which works until it doesn't. I made an appointment to have my tires rotated and balanced, I told them where my wheellocks were and that they needed a specific one for the spare tire. They did not relay that information, because about the work was supposed to be finished a tech came to ask about the wheellock. I guess them asking for it also lets me know they really rotate and balance all five tires. I have been getting tires at the various locations since I started driving about 25 years ago and I keep coming back because they usually treat you properly. I like to swing by and get the air checked and find it pretty cool that they document those trips now too. Speaking of that... do you tip the person that checks your air pressure when you swing by? Are you supposed to tip them? I tip like every other time because I don't know the proper etiquette. read more

They broke a lug nut off and tried to say someone else before them must have tightened it too tight. I then responded that it was THEM that was the last people to have service the tires. I told them o look it up because I had JUST bought all new lug nuts from them and they were the ones to put it on. They also bent my rim and hasnt been the same since! My tires make noise now. I've seen their tech hammering away at rims. It looks like they are careless here. They just want your money. They're not in this to help people with their tire problems but actually cause more expensive problems for the customers. These people don't care about my vehicles. Dropped off flat tire 10/13, said no rush because I was busy that day. No call. On 10/14, I came in at 2PM, I was told the tire "slipped through the cracks" and they would get it done right away, 3PM I ask how much longer it will take and the employee tried to sell me a spare tire. I said no, after he said they could throw my car up on the lift and have it replaced in 20 minutes. Another hour goes by (4PM now) and I talked to George up front, he finally got my tire and I out of there. Been here before and haven't been disappointed but I feel like I was jerked around for 2 hours when I initially felt like I was being polite about the situation. I understand they don't make money off of flat repairs, and I denied this location's upsell opportunity, but all I needed was a flat repair or tire replacement. 2 hours after dropping it off the day prior is a bit excessive, not including the lack of communication. I'm not expecting free stuff (or asking) because I know it's a small or negative transaction for the business but for them to try and upsell me while not completing the work I was there for did not feel like good customer service. read more

The gentlemen Checking and filling air in ties was very professional and kind. What upset me was seeing this guy working in direct sun with no building coverage or even canopy. I had went to discount tire on Friday August 8th and had spoke to an employee about my warranty for the tires I had purchased from the last time I had purchased them.. I had noticed that my tires were starting to warp and split from the inside of the tires.. the employee I spoke to said it was my alignment and wouldn't honor my warranty that I had purchased for them.. so I drove with my spare and went to Toyota and had them checked so I can get it fixed but I was told by an employee at Toyota my alignment were good .. so I had to drive to work with a spare but then ended up with a flat and had to pay for towing back to my house.. I had a flat and we have always had a good experience with discount. They have a tent spot where you check in and then they have you park and can wait in your car until they're ready. I did end up waiting about an hour by it was a Saturday midday so they were busy. Once ready I pulled my car up and they were able to patch it and take my spare off and put it back along with my patched tire. I love that this is free and I was on my way after. This was my 1st time using them....& despite the 1 star reviews regarding time....I can honestly say it went surprisingly good. I order my tires in advance with them & as soon as they arrive....they called to have them installed. The installation process took less than 40m! For 4 tires,that's pretty fast. Communication was on point....from the front desk to the guys in the shop....to receiving text messages on how my service went. Would highly recommend this location for any tires need. I just got off the phone with someone inside of this location, while they were nice enough to me on the phone, my complaint was basically waived away like it wasn't a big deal. I am currently sitting out here in a very long line of cars waiting to have the tires checked. The person that is doing the tire checks is taking an enormously long time to get one car done. I have timed it, and right now it is taking him exactly 10 minutes and 35 seconds to finish a car. I have never had this issue before any other location. The person inside, when I told him what was going on, told me that he was going to power through as quickly as he could and he just, this dismissed me. It's unnerving when you need to get help because you're literally wasting gas, and the person just acts like your issue isn't a big deal. The space not like a Karren issue, but I promise you it's not a Karren issue. This is just, a regular person watching all of these people have to sit here and waste gas while we wait on somebody who obviously doesn't know how to do their job. Appreciate the kid, somebody really needs to help him. This is ridiculous. Anyway I've never done business with this place before, only other Locations, but this one doesn't seem to have their act together. I don't know if this is a regular issue with just the tire check area, or if this is a serious problem with this location. But I'm just letting you guys know now that if you come to this location, you're probably probably gonna wait a very long time to get your tires checked. read more

So immediately I'm thinking they are just going to tell me it's not repairable so I have to buy a full set of new tires. Nope, they repaired the tire, and they did it for FREE. This is the type of customer obsession that generates buyer loyalty. This is the most inefficiently ran discount tire I have ever experienced. A lot of time wasted by the employees due to poor communication habits between them. I recently got a flat tire and had my vehicle towed to this discount tire, which is near my home. It took them over 3 1/2 hours for them to put on the spare tire for me. They ordered a replacement tire, and when it came in several days later, it wasn't the same brand of tire as the other three on my car. The tread is very different which can cause some other issues if you Google it. Lastly, when they put the spare tire back in the trunk of my car, they didn't set it in its cradle properly, leaving all of the tools exposed, and the tire unfastened. I couldn't even shut the protective cover over the spare tire cradle. Poor customer experience and poor quality overall. read more

I was just having tires balanced on a new used vehicle. I dropped the vehicle off and there was no discussion of price or previous service. I was expecting to pay for the balancing. When I picked the vehicle up, I asked what might have caused the wheels to go out of balance since I had the wheels balanced (by another vendor) and the manager went totally defensive. I was wondering if some other mechanical issue might cause the imbalance. Regardless, the guy is not fit for consumer interaction and is very poor at reading customers. read more

The staff at every store that I've gone to has been professional and at the same time friendly! They work as expediently as they can to get you in and out as fast as they can. They rotate your tires and check them for leaks for free. They are truly a phenomenal franchise. I've been to this discount tire more times than I'd like. I have a knack for running over nails. I'm immediately greeted and added to the waitlist. I don't normally wait long before they check out my car and finish the check in. The last time I was here for a bit but that happened in the middle of the day so it's expected. They're always so friendly and efficient with their time. I 100% recommend getting the warranty on your tires. Considering how many times I've been here I'm so thankful I did.
