My truck started making a strange noise in the engine on a longer road trip back to Durango. I called every dealership and two mechanics in town, all of which were weeks to months out from being able to look at it. One last shot and I called this crew. "Sure, drop it off in two days and we'll keep it for the day". Arrived two days later, the head mechanic jumped in with me and listened to the noise. It was faint but he heard it. Good thing for me because it saved me from making weird noises in front of experienced people! Got the truck back two days later after having been told exactly what's wrong, what will later on fail, and how much it will cost to fix it. Agreed on price and picked up the truck. Everything runs well and I paid exactly what we agreed on. These guys are legit and I will always have them work on our vehicles from here on out.

I found the scratches and told them about them and they first denied that is was them, but soon realized they were the cause. With Durango truck accessories taking full responsibility of the damage they asked for three estimates from three different auto body shops. Now that I've gotten three estimates from three different auto body shops (like they requested) they want to ignore all the estimates I got and tell me I have to go to their friends auto body shop..... they continue to yell at me over the phone and be extremely unprofessional in ever aspect of customer service, they have caused an extremely unnecessary head ache.
