There was another store closer that had them for a higher price but by going to this store , I was able to save $34 on each strut. In addition, there were promos on their app the save me another $50! This location is larger than most other advance auto stores I've frequented. They have a large parts section as well as lots of option within the store. I arrived and a gentleman by the name of Ken assisted me. He even loaded the struts into the car for me. Very kind and professional. You can tell he cares about his job. I appreciate the great service received today! It seems they've been recognized for their high level of service by some other folks as well! (See the trophy photo)

I grew up with a Dad who ran an auto parts store. The stores today of course aren't like my Dads, back in the 1950-60s. But I have to say, THIS store is as close as I've seen. Friendly, helpful, not condescending with their knowledge, generous with their time. I woke up this morning not knowing I was going to have to drop $350 at an auto parts store. There prices are reasonable and the employees was very friendly and helpful in making sure that I had everything I needed.

They were friendly and offered a suggestion, which was NOT the most expensive, and made me feel secure / confident in the purchase. I saw other staff go out to someone's car and help them with a battery, which is nice to see as other stores do not offer to do this service. I'll definitely come back here again next time. The only issue is that the parking lot is hard to get into and can be a little cramped at times.

They do require a $50 deposit to schedule, but will apply it to the total of the job once it's complete. The day I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised with how nice the lobby was and all of the helpful information posted throughout. Hayes had my Grace (my vehicle, of course) in the back within a few minutes of arriving. I made myself a nice K cup of coffee and relaxed as he started the work. Shortly after, Hayes asked me to come back to show me an issue he ran into while applying the tint to my back windshield. When my back windshield was replaced, somehow the metal tray under the back dash was raised and there wasn't enough room to get the tint on the glass in one corner. Hayes showed me the issue and gave me the options I had, which included tinting but having a gap not tinted where the issue was, or to wait and see what I could do (if anything) about the metal piece. He was even patient and kind with me as I FaceTimed my son to ask his advice, and Hayes also spoke directly to my son to come up with the best solution. I really appreciated him not just going through with the tint job and being unhappy with the gap that would exist. I haven't had the job done yet, but I will absolutely go to Tint Pro when I'm ready!

Not only did this completely solve the problem I've been having with starting my car, they didn't even charge me!
