I did not get her name but the associate that seemed confident in knowing what I needed since I have never replaced a headlight before. She had asked me if it was the low beams or high beams and I was not sure so she checked and told me it was the low beams. $50 for one lightbulb was not too fun to deal with. She had offered to install the bulb but couldn't complete the task. She was either afraid of breaking something or very lazy but either way she did not seem to care. To tie it all together I needed an oil change so I had asked the mechanic if they can install it for me and I was told I got the wrong bulb, it was for the high beam. Wow. I returned it immediately and luckily there was no trouble with it and got a full refund. I rather give my money to a local auto body than a chain where customer service doesn't come first.

We purchased a used vehicle and were given the absolute runaround. Five days straight we were told a part hadn't arrived, even though they initially said it was there and being worked on already... When we finally went to pick up the car, we sat in the waiting room for almost five hours, even though they claimed it was ready. The salesman told us everything was fixed and detailed the day prior and when we arrived, it wasn't detailed at all, and the salesman was not there for our scheduled appointment. Then shortly after, the check engine light comes on. It's a simple issue, something they should have no reason not to fix. Instead they refused service, had us leave, and told us to confirm our warranty that we have with them on our own. Then he said it's not something they could fix at their dealership...? I know not many people check Yelp reviews for dealerships, but I hope this at least reaches some people because I hate supporting inconsiderate and disrespectful places.

I had a frustrating experience while attempting to purchase a used 2019 Ram 1500 Limited from this…read moredealership. When I first contacted the dealership around 11 AM regarding the truck, I specifically asked for a price breakdown before making the drive out there. I was told that "the price listed on the website is what we charge" and that they "don't have add-ons." However, by the time I arrived at the dealership around 5:15 PM the same day, the price had already increased by roughly $1,000 before we even finalized numbers. I even provided proof through a screenshot of the listing. I was then (heavily) encouraged to complete the financing application after already being pre-approved through my lender. After moving forward with the financing process and approval, the deal structure changed multiple times again after the vehicle went through service inspection. I was later told the truck needed approximately $4,000 in repairs and was repeatedly asked to split the repair cost 50/50 by adding another roughly $2,000 out of pocket. Throughout the process, I also felt pressured to make a decision quickly while the numbers continued changing. To the dealership's credit, they did remove optional add-on packages after I pushed back. However, the repeated pricing changes, pressure during negotiations, and requests for me to absorb repair costs after financing was already underway made the experience stressful and difficult to navigate as a customer. I would strongly recommend that anyone shopping here ask for a complete written breakdown of: - selling price - trade value - amount financed - repair issues - optional products - or avoid this location before completing financing or emotionally committing to a vehicle purchase. The truck itself was nice, but the overall process became much more complicated than expected.

From my understanding all the batteries in America are basically made by the same two manufacturers so you can't go wrong and buying here will save you a lot of money.
