The minute I walked in, I was talked down to by an arrogant owner that thought he knew everything and treated like I was an idiot. I had to return with the computer because they had not downloaded a new driver for GPU. They denied it til I showed photo's showing it wasn't installed. They accused me or Windows 11 of disabling the driver. I watched as they downloaded a new driver and installed it, clearly showing no driver was installed. They then proceeded to say, it was there all along, just disabled, totally trying to gaslight me. They would not apologize, would not in any way, take responsibility for the problem. Within the first few puffs the smoke began burning my throat so I called asking for an exchange or refund. I was told that I smoked it too early and the juice needed to settle. The sales clerk explained that the box stated waiting 10 minutes after adding juice or you burn the cotton. I was offered the option of purchasing another pen, but that their hands were tied when it came to a refund or exchange. I re-read the products box/instructions and the label actually says to discard the pen after 5-8x use because the device will eventually lose its flavor potency, not the clerks original explanation of "it says wait 5-10 minutes. Lots of vape shops offer refunds and exchanges on defective devices, this one does not. And yes, I always keep it polite.

When they build a hose they have a quick turn around. The people behind the counters are very friendly and are customer oriented. Round rock has always been helpful as well; the one I don't like dealing with is the Austin Store near the airport. The counter people are nice and helpful, but if you need to talk to the guys building your hose you will have to yell because they like to have their stereos blaring loud and they can't hear you and if you turn the radio down so you can hear them they will cope an attitude with you.

They are quick, easy and friendly. I had 6 watches worked on today for only $60 total, the mall wanted $150 a piece.
