While waiting the owner came out and asked me if I wanted removed a couple stickers the dealership placed in. They removed the stickers without issue. The owner showed me the finished product and gave me directions on what not to do until it fully cured. The job is absolutely beautiful ablnd flawless. We had to uber home with tje car seat. Called the store and one of the managers was nice to offer help to come next day to jump start the car. I called next morning to confirm je can still do that But another store manager Paul gave me attitude and said for me to come to store to buy a jump starter. How am I supposed to do that. I am a mom alone with my baby I would have to uber with my 10 month old to tje store And jump start the car alone. He offered no useful help and said have a nice day and hung up. I understand it's not the policy to help and come and do this. But tje car was two mins drive from tje store. I would rather not walk in tje cold alone with my baby to the store nor take an uber with my baby to the store and back and try to figure out how to jump start the car by myself in the cold alone with my baby. Can Paul just take a second and be a human being for once and understand? Paul does not care about humans.

I was able to get it jump started, and called this Advance Auto Parts store en route to ensure that they had the correct battery in stock. The man on the phone said that they had batteries, but would have to look at my truck before they could commit to installing it, since it could take over 30 minutes (per the message in his system). Upon our arrival, the employee I spoke with looked up the batteries they had in stock and proceeded to tell me they could not install it due to the system reset it would cause (and there was no sense looking at it). I explained that I would not have drove all the way to this store (on a jump) if there was no chance of them doing the install at all per the system response. I explained what I was told on the phone, and I was told that they don't know who I spoke to. I asked for a manager and I was told that there was none on duty (which is inexcusable). Basically, I was lied to on the phone and no accountability was taken by the store. I've had several batteries in both of my vehicles installed here before, so I'm not sure why they're being instructed not to do so now. I'm not sure if the breakdown is between the management, the employees, or corporate, but whatever it is, I will never be returning to any Advance Auto Parts store after this incompetence.

This NAPA is located near the Big Chicken (same side of the road) in Marietta. There are a lot of other auto parts stores nearby like Advance Auto Parts, AutoZone, and O'Reilly. I stopped by this NAPA during my lunch break to pick up some replacement tail/brake light bulbs for my car. I purchased my last set from O'Reilly. O'Reilly and AutoZone carry Sylvania brand bulbs. NAPA carries Wagner brand. The bulbs burn and look the same. My car uses a mix of bulb brands and you can't tell a difference. The bulbs (2) cost $6.35 after tax (Wagner BP17881, equivalent to Sylvania 7225). I first tried to buy the Sylvanias at Advance, but they were out of stock. This NAPA store was open, airy, bright, clean, and neatly organized. I like the look of the NAPA stores better than Advance, AutoZone, and O'Reilly. It wasn't busy. There were several (4-5) employees and, at one point, I was the only customer. Customer service was good. The employee (#14) who checked me out signed me up for NAPA Rewards (www.naparewards.com) where you get $5 for every $100 you spend. You automatically get $5 off your next purchase after setting up your account. Your NAPA Rewards account is tied to your phone number. Also, AAA members get 10% off all purchases at NAPA.
