Always friendly and helpful. They will sometimes recommend cheaper items that they like. Decent company with great employees.

But they outdid themselves on our most recent visit, where we were faced with windows 11 updates repeatedly corrupting and disabling our high-end desktop computer. Computer Solutions recommended and installed Zorin -- a Linux based alternative to Windows or Mac-OS. Zorin is absolutely far exceeding all our expectations. We are so thankful to Computer Solutions for recommending and installing it and saving our prized computer. I cannot believe that after over 30 years of "warfare" Microsoft has ceded the field to this excellent windows replacement.

The so-called tech person worked on the job for several days and charged 135 dollars before the job was completed. During this process, he reinstalled, screwed up, and just about junked her computer, voiding the warranty as a result. He blamed it on the software, which he shouldn't have used in the first place, and then on the computer being too old. As a last result, we called the company we bought it from and FaceTimed the problem and fixed it ourselves the right way, now it works fine. The owner refunded 100 dollars and never took any responsibility for bad workmanship on the part of this employee; they failed miserably.

In addition to the screen issue the thing wasn't charging properly. He would have to hold the cable at a 29 degree angle and wiggle it 5 times to make it charge. My husband dropped it off and the next day it was ready. The adult child was thrilled and I had to cough up the money. The gentleman who helped me was very thorough and explained everything. The screen comes with a one year warranty -- let's hope we won't need to use it. They also offer subscription plans to cover all the devices in your home. I'm seriously considering the plan as it does seem reasonable.
