They then asked for a photo of my own door, which I also provided. A representative from H&H confirmed that the delivery photos did not match and that the package was indeed misdelivered. I was also told that all orders are insured. UPS's investigation was supposed to be completed within 4-6 days, yet I have not received any update. Despite my consistent communication, the H&H representative stopped responding to my emails altogether. At this point, I'm out over $600 with no resolution and no communication. This has been a very disappointing experience and reflects extremely poor customer service.

I came in because my front driver tire pressure sensor went off twice in one day so I took it into this Discount Tire. Sure enough, they found that my wheel had a crack which was causing the tire to lose pressure quickly. Howard pointed out to me that it was about time for a new set of 4 tires anyways since the tread was low. Since my vehicle's stock wheel needed some calls around other sources to find, he did his due diligence in trying to find the exact model. Unfortunately there weren't any available, so he gave me some options and in the end I decided to replace the rims so that they would all match. He told me the set of 4 tires would be there in 3 days (it was Tuesday so it would be there by Friday), but I wanted to wait on the wheels to deliver which were expected the following Wednesday. Howard called me today (Monday) and let me know the wheels came in early, so I went in after work to have them installed. Total time was about 30 minutes to install. I appreciate Howard and his team's genuine care for customers and providing reliable service when in a bind. I'm very satisfied with how everything went and will be back if/when I have tire or wheel issues.

I stopped in Napa to obtain a headlamp bulb for my auto. There were four men working and no other…read morecustomers in the store. I went to the counter and asked them for the specific bulb for my make and model car. I could see from where I was standing that they had the bulbs featured on the floor. I just needed to confirm the part number. The man helping me spent five minutes looking in the computer and asking me the same question several times. He then called over the manager or his supervisor and they spent an additional 5 minutes looking in the computer and asking me the same question. None of them seemed particularly happy to be helping me and were not overly friendly - not friendly at all. They seemed almost bothered. A dour, unfriendly, unsmiling atmosphere. Finally they found the part number and attempted to sell me a two bulb set instead of one and the price was actually higher price for a set vs buying two individual bulbs. The manager gave the part number to yet another man who went into the back and came out with A generic Napa blue box. I asked them the difference between that lamp and the ones on the floor and they said nothing. ?????? I will be going to O'Reilly from now on. Where the staff is friendly and happy and staff have even volunteered to replace a bulb in my headlight or tail light before I leave the parking lot.
