Matt checked my oil level which was just barely on the dip stick. I bought 4 quarts of oil from him and he filled my car with 2.5 quarts. He listened to my engine for a ticking sound which would indicate damage. Matt went above and beyond his duties and thankfully I met him! Very accommodating staff, they gave us rides to and from our hotel each day and also allowed us to store the camper while waiting. It's a big and expensive repair, which stinks, but the Rusty Wallace service team has been great. The truck is not yet fixed but we're home from our trip and will head back when it's finished.
