I always just went to Autozone or someplace else close just to pick up one/two simple things a few times a year for the car. Well I was driving by here the other day and thought about something I needed to pick up so I thought why not and checked it out. I asked the staff member for assistance to see if this particular product would fit my vehicle. He said "lets open it and go try it out!" He assisted me in installation and everything worked out, very nice staff! The store layout and price is probably the same as the other auto shops I've been to. I don't get any specialty products so I have no idea what sort of products they would carry in that department or what services they offer. I would return again! Great store with a big parking lot!

After having work done on my wife's car (a car starter installation) I was driving around and notice that her blind spot monitoring was having an issue. I called Car Sound to have them check their work, since I was unaware of any issues until the car starter was installed. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Upon inspection of the car, the owner of Car Sound came to me, after inspecting the installation work, with the owner's manual explaining the safety features of my car. I was aware of some of the information, but it was very helpful to have a professional explain the features with detail. During this time, an office manager was looking up information on her computer to find out what could cause the issue. Between the owner and office manager they diagnosed the issues and showed me how I could check for the culprit if I ran into that issue again. I called the dealership to see if they would also check the issue out and make sure that there aren't any other sensor issues. Long story short they told me it would be $180 just to bring it in. I went home pulled a panel off the car cleaned out the rocks and am no longer experiencing issues. We promised to be back in several hours...and they had our car towed. We have three babies and can't arrange childcare and rides on the drop of a hat. To top it off, after calling a Toyota dealership, they said any auto shop should be able to test a Prius battery, so there's no reason AutoZone shouldn't have tested it in the first place. When we went to get the car, Eric was an absolute jerk and seemed pleased as punch that he successfully got our car towed. We are a single income house with three babies to take care of in the middle of a pandemics, and $150 towing fee will wipe out our grocery budget for the next two weeks. I honestly don't know what we're going to do.

I was able to wait in the vehicle while they performed the service. They did a quick light inspection at the beginning of the service by checking the headlights, high beams, hazards and reverse lights. Tires were inspected during their multipoint inspection and fluids were topped off as needed before they pulled me through the bay. Excellent, thorough and efficient service and technicians were kind and courteous.

My car wasn't starting so I took it to All Pro. They charged me $1900 to fix it…read more The next day it won't start again. I took it to another shop for another diagnostic and they say the fix will cost thousands. At this point the cost of these repairs is more than the car is worth. If All Pro had diagnosed the problem correctly the first time I never would have agreed to their fixes. I contacted them to see if I could get some reimbursement for their failed work, or a reduced rate on further repairs and they declined both. They did manage to not fix my car in less than a day though, so I'll give them a star for that!

Air conditioner in my vehicle quit working, so I brought it in and they got to it right away. They…read morerecommended recharging the system with coolant and doing a leak test. That worked, but only held for a day. I called back and Pete said to bring it right back in, and they'd run the diagnostic. We had elected not to do that the first time, hoping that recharging the system would do the trick. Got it back in, and the condenser was bad. Because it's a Hybrid, the part was only available from Toyota -- it took overnight to get the part, and they had it back up and running the next morning. Replacing this part also required dropping the front bumper, in order to reach it, so it wasn't a real easy job. They discounted the repair for the cost of the previous days' recharge, since it didn't hold long. Pricing was reasonable given the difficulty in replacement, and they got the work done very quickly.
