I came in for a new headlight and wiper blades for front and back, i was helped out by Steve. and he was not helpful at all. he did not tell me the size of my rear window and made me buy the incorrect headlight. he had attitude showing me where to find what i needed and was not helpful at all. The service is very good and the people are polite, and I haven't had any problems with knowledge of the parts needed. I feel as if I was accused of stealing and denied access to the oil recycle service because Steve Miller thinks I used 15qts of oil in my car. I do not feel that he even attempted to hear my story before he basically called me a liar and denied me access to the store's service. I am using my wife's Yelp account because I don't have one but just had to compliment O'Reilly on an outstanding employee that they have named Ryan. I had been to two different shops and they could not diagnose what was wrong with my car. I got into an amicable conversation in the parking lot with him I told him a smog technician told me my timing was off and that my car would not pass smog as a result he said that he had had a similar issue on his girlfriend's car and that the smog shop needed to jump to of the connectors with a paperclip on the service box under the hood in order for the timing to go into the mode that they could read it. I went back to the smog shop the next day with the information that he had given me and my car passed first try. read more

Stopped in for wiper blades on a 10 year old Volvo. I was expecting a difficult time sifting thru the numerous wiper blades to find the correct fit. I never even made it to the display of blades because Jesse greeted me as soon as I walked in. Ask me what I was looking for and looked it up in the computer and informed me of the right parts (2 diff sizes for left and right blades). He walked over grabbed the two blades for me. Service did not stop there as he went out to my car and installed both blades. Great to see some places still value customer service. O'Reilly just earned a customer for life. read more

Walked in...Lady at counter was yawning and holding her head like she was either tired? Had a headache? Or simply did not want to be there....I had to greet her with a "hello" even before she spoke to me...I asked If they sold freon for my Ford Explorer? She looked at me like if I was from Mars! "What do you mean freon?"...So I explained again, Do you sell freon for my vehicle?...I looked her dead in the eye as she seemed like she was completely "somewhere else" I subsequently walked out of that place I'll never return again...this is actually the second time I've got bad service at this place.
