I came in to get a few things and have my wiper blades replaced. The store is easy to navigate and ultra organized. Martin greeted me, then walked around the store & he picked the items that I needed. He went out to my car and installed my new wiper blades & then he filled up my wiper fluid. He's such a nice guy. This is my go-to auto parts store. The guys in this store are always helpful no matter what I'm looking for. I recently went there to get a replacement bulb for my older car. The gentleman with the white hair helped me in getting the right bulb for my car. He patiently looked up the numbers on the bulbs base and picked out the right one for my car. He double checked with a younger man that worked there too. They're all nice employees here, they get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time. read more

It was a good experience they were helpful at first, then another customer, male, came and they dropped everything to help him. Disregarding that i had been there for almost an hour already before him. Then i casually mentioned oh i was here first, they said "yeah it's fine he'll be a minute". Which is very rude and not fair. I asked to return my battery and go somewhere else to install it or even install it myself, Instead of waiting another 20 minutes for them to help me and then after i asked to return it they were willing to come. Do better, sexism? really we were both paying customers. I'll go to a better auto store next time. read more

The old man Alex felt the need to feel up my friend while trying to help with the belt in her car all while her son was in the backseat she was frozen in fear, and then he forced himself to hug her in front of her son, rubbing his crotch on her area and when she pushed him away, multiple times, he just held on and then jumped into his truck and left she went inside to complain and the coworker said yeah this happens all the time. This is disgusting and the cops are going to come tomorrow morning. read more

They have good prices and the associates are friendly but both times I've use the online order and pick up in store waited over 45 minutes to then show up at the store to give ample time for them to pick the order and have it ready. The whole purpose of buying online and picking up in store. And upon arrival both instances I had to wait 30 minutes for them to go pick the order the store was completely empty it's just unacceptable and bad business practice either the stores leadership management is not so great. Or their policies need to be revised read more
