I ordered a tire on Thursday morning, and they promptly called me Thursday afternoon to let me know it had arrived. I told them I'd be coming in Saturday morning, and they advised me to come as early as possible to avoid long wait times. I was even reminded to check for my wheel lock key before I leave the parking lot which I really appreciated. When I received the truck back I took it for a test ride on I95 when I reached about 60mph I was getting a very bad vibration in the steering wheel which I not had prior to having any work done on the vehicle palm beach tire pros did the alignment and rotated the tires so C J sent me back to tire pros where the seem very knowledgeable but they wanted to do a special balancing process at$75 per wheel and also for me to consider new tires the tires I have are about one year old with maybe 10,000 miles on them and they are a high end tire I was under the impression that C J did the tire rotation so I had a long conversation with Jose an I told him to rotate the tires the way I thought it should be done and also told him to do the tire balancing just in case and make sure all the tires had the proper inflation so they told me it would cost $160 and I agreed . After the work was performed I took it for a test run now the truck ran smooth as ice remember I thought C Js did the tire rotation so I paid them. When I found out that tire pros did the rotation just2 days prior I called them and questioned why the charged me when I already paid for the work through C Js when they created the vibration by rotating the tires in a improper sequence and I thought that the should refund my money or at least credit me something and that's when their true colors came out, they refused to do anything in good faith and became somewhat rude about the hole situation. He wanted $650, so my friend followed me there to drop my car off that afternoon ... a half hour later Yakir called me up and said I don't think it's your starter, I think it's just your battery... So he put in a new battery... Told me to pick my car up in 20 minutes... And said if it doesn't start tomorrow, it's your starter, but I really don't think it is... I think it was just the battery. I had a very disappointing experience with this tire shop in Boca Raton. I purchased 4 new tires…read morehere along with installation and alignment, and shortly after, my rear tires wore out extremely fast. When I returned, I was told the issue was due to alignment. That's concerning because the alignment service was performed at this same location. Instead of reviewing their previous work, they avoided responsibility and tried to charge me again for 2 new rear tires and installation. I am attaching the alignment report from their own equipment, which clearly shows the rear wheels were significantly out of alignment. This explains why both rear tires became completely bald, while the front tires--installed at the same time--still looked almost new. This is not normal tire wear and points directly to improper alignment or setup. The report shows major corrections were needed, raising serious concerns about how the original tire installation and wheel alignment were handled. Overall, this was an unprofessional experience with poor accountability. I chose this Boca Raton tire shop because of its location and a recommendation, but it ended up costing me more time and money. If you are looking for reliable tire installation, proper wheel alignment, and honest service, I would recommend going elsewhere.
