She informed him I needed my brake bulb changed. 2) He mentioned to me that he could replace it for me if he was able to reach it. 3. In the midst of checking to see if he could reach it to change it, he laughed at himself because he initially thought it needed two bulbs, but it turns out that it was just a reflection. (It's always good to laugh at yourself) 4. While he was assisting me, he could tell that someone in the parking lot was doing something wrong to their car just by the sound of it. As I was leaving, I saw that he went over to assist them as well. Note: A few minutes prior to my stop here I first went to O'Reily down the street. There were two guys that were only willing to sell me the part and stated they COULD NOT help me replace the bulb and they DID NOT attempt to do so either. I wanted a certain color and they had it and all the same exact price. I called to verify, yes they did have it and also the guy said the exact price. So I drive the hour through traffic to get to them, counter guy asks what I was looking for, told him, gave the stock number and he said a higher price.......whoa, wait a min. I argued that I saw online and called, now that I am here and might not be covered in filth wearing clean clothes the price went up????? Then tries to tell me that glass was extra, when online it stated complete. And you can't remove the glass with out power to actually open it. He took me out to the yard to inspect. I said ok, but only at the online and quoted price. They did remove, moved it and put in my vehicle. I will give them that. While I was waiting inside for the guy I guess to go look for 10 min, another guy comes in saying he called about a window for an LR2. The parts guy said 80.00, the customer said no, I called and you all said 60.00, I did not drive all this way to get ripped off. No idea how that worked out. Will stick to pick n pull next time!!!!! Cheaper and you can pick out what is needed instead of it being like a jail with a warden limiting your activities!

The guys that work there are all tattooed, dirty tan, rock and roll, trailer park looking guys. They look like they'd be in a TOBY Keith music video. I mean they look intimidating, but they are the nicest most helpful guys I've encountered. I mean one guy has a vapor pipe in his mouth half the time, and the other one is griping about the music on the radio, but they are good at what they do. I call them before I get there to tell them what's wrong with my car and they give me potential diagnosis of what it could be. I appreciate, Kris, Jason, and I forget the rest of the guys names, but they are awesome. Keep up the great work. I hope this doesn't go to their head. Updated a year later: Customer service is still great. Got a new car and one of my lights came on. Went in to ask if they could tell me what it was. Turns out it was time for an oil change, which confused me because the dealership told me they put synthetic oil in and I wouldn't need an oil change for 6 months. So he checks it and says, go elsewhere because the dealership maybe ripping me off. He even told me which type of synthetic to get. There were 2 guys at the counter trying to get apart and the disagreement was that Gregory was trying to tell them that the power steering hose was the same hose as the radiator hose. I could see both sides getting frustrtaed but Gregory stepped out of line and started telling them to get the F out and he dont give a F. So i said hey man, you're the employeee man, bring it down a notch. He turns to me and says "i dont give a F what u think". I said oh yeah how about I call your district manager. Even if the customer steps out of line its your job to bring it down a notch. I said you gotta keep it professional. He said call the district manager i dont give a F***. He said you dont pay me and i said yes i literally do without customers you dont have a job and his was response was F*** you. The assistant manager (short older white guy with a beard) was literally standing right in fron of me and i said something to the effect of like is this how yall do things and he said ill talk to him, "gregory take a walk and cool down" and then gregory said man F*** this im going home. I walked out and wont be back if thats what they think of customers to speak to them like that and a manager that clearly lets it happen.
