First and foremost, the cost of additional services they recommended after doing the original work, were much more costly compared to just a cursory look online by about 15-20%. Of course, they have every right to charge whatever they choose. I can live with this and in fact am using another mechanic who is going to do the work for almost half. But the real crux the issue was when they dropped off my vehicle, and after they departed, I texted and asked they move the the vehicle to the front of my home, instead they parked in front of my neighbor's home. This wouldn't be a big deal except I can drive it due to a dead battery. They responded with "We are already on the way to do other work we have. That is as close as we could get to where we could reach our tools without blocking traffic." This is an excuse because when they came to pick it up in the original position, there was concern about traffic other issue regarding the location. The had no problem working on in its original location so it made no sense that would be an issue upon returning it. More egregiously than all of this is when they appeared to get irritated with me and made this comment: "There was not a truck parked in front of they way yesterday. Have a nice day!" The exclamation point is snarky and rude and moreover the truck they implied an issue today was also there yesterday and besides truck is in front of a neighbor's house. Moreover, they drove my vehicle to my home today and regardless of anything else could have easily just parked in front of my home. I'm sure this company does good work and this is just my experience, but I rarely give critical feedback unless someone gets testy with me and that is the single reason I'm writing this review.

The guys that work there are all tattooed, dirty tan, rock and roll, trailer park looking guys. They look like they'd be in a TOBY Keith music video. I mean they look intimidating, but they are the nicest most helpful guys I've encountered. I mean one guy has a vapor pipe in his mouth half the time, and the other one is griping about the music on the radio, but they are good at what they do. I call them before I get there to tell them what's wrong with my car and they give me potential diagnosis of what it could be. I appreciate, Kris, Jason, and I forget the rest of the guys names, but they are awesome. Keep up the great work. I hope this doesn't go to their head. Updated a year later: Customer service is still great. Got a new car and one of my lights came on. Went in to ask if they could tell me what it was. Turns out it was time for an oil change, which confused me because the dealership told me they put synthetic oil in and I wouldn't need an oil change for 6 months. So he checks it and says, go elsewhere because the dealership maybe ripping me off. He even told me which type of synthetic to get. She informed him I needed my brake bulb changed. 2) He mentioned to me that he could replace it for me if he was able to reach it. 3. In the midst of checking to see if he could reach it to change it, he laughed at himself because he initially thought it needed two bulbs, but it turns out that it was just a reflection. (It's always good to laugh at yourself) 4. While he was assisting me, he could tell that someone in the parking lot was doing something wrong to their car just by the sound of it. As I was leaving, I saw that he went over to assist them as well. Note: A few minutes prior to my stop here I first went to O'Reily down the street. There were two guys that were only willing to sell me the part and stated they COULD NOT help me replace the bulb and they DID NOT attempt to do so either.
