I came in for an oil change for my 2019 Honda civic first thing in the morning between 8-830 and was out within 20min. Kameron and Joseph were quick, attentive, informative, and transparent. I've never been to a jiffy lube, always went to a dealership, but I was tired of dealerships making me wait two hours for an oil change to get done. I wasn't aware of the pricing and that's my fault. Full synthetic oil change is gonna run up at least $100 here. Didn't expect to break the wallet like that. But you know what? It was worth the exceptional customer service alongside my car getting fixed quick. They also washed my windows, put air in my tires, and restarted dashboard. I'll be back again. read more

I requested an oil change, a days passes by and I hear this scraping sound underneath my car. Upon my visit it immediately began with unprofessionalism. I was greeted by a dude wearing sandals. Upon paying I was asked to pay either 90 cash or 110 with card which is crazy but I chose to pay cash as it was the cheaper option. I paid with a 100 dollar bill & in order to get my 10$ in change I was told I needed to take them to the store to my change? Very weird, I was also never given a receipt. Xavier informed me of my options in synthetic oil. I waited in an air-conditioned, waiting room for about 10 minutes. The price was great. The customer service was even better. Came in at 9:15 this Saturday morning and the morning crew was friendly, efficient and right on time. I felt very taken care of and while asked about getting new wipers and filters, I didn't feel any pressure in regards to my response. I deeply appreciate that, and I was happy for their guidance to get a new filter, so I did. Also found a $25 discount online which made the experience even better! Really appreciated it. Greeted by serviceman before I even put my car into park! The 2 bays are packed. Lobby is packed. I think they have about 5 chairs in the tiny lobby. I originally came in for an oil change, when I started my consultation I was informed there were more things that needed to be done with my vehicle. I appreciate them checking for other flaws I didn't catch.! The Manager (Robert) is by far the best manager I've had encounters with at this jiffy lube. Longest oil change I've ever had to wait for. Had the car in the shop sitting there, whilst doing absolutely nothing.

$39 for a cabin air filter, are you serious? You can buy them for $15-20 I loved the window treatment though, it helped my aging wiper blades get thru the season. Felt misled since oil change was advertised as $29 then Amy asks if I want standard one I got last time without mentioning the difference in price. Only until I am rung out, do I see the $39 charge. Why are most car places deceptive and money-hungry? I went as soon as they opened and there was no line. read more

Great service! Stopped by this place after my headlights blew out & the mechanic I usually go to went on vacation for two weeks. I walked in and was greeted by a very nice guy ( unfortunately, I didn't quite catch his name). I told him about my headlight problem, gave him my keys, waited for probably about 10 minutes, and my car was good to go! Quinte was on the register and he was very helpful! Not so JIFFY!!!! Every time I come here they are always understaffed. The folks here are always super nice, and do a great job, but there must be problem with the management because there is always a personnel problem. Makes me almost want to drive extra distance to another location? If they are not busy the service is great, if you pull up and there is cars in line you might as well keep going unless you got time to kill. read more

Went there for the first time today and was blown away with the service! They greet you immediately and show you around the waiting area. The communication and teaching between the staff was great. I stopped in after looking up "oil change near me". I hadn't been there in years but I needed an oil change badly. I stopped in with my daughter and was quickly addressed. That's important to me because I hate bad service. The guy who appeared to be a manager came back shortly to give me a list of recommendations. I rarely follow these but it's always good to get them from professionals. I mentioned that I thought I had a leak somewhere. Not only did he say he'd look for it, but I overheard him instruct one of the mechanics to "search harder" when they reported they couldn't find a leak. Shortly afterwards, my car was ready. I didn't even have time to ask them how long it would be because I had groceries in the car. Overall great service! read more

I had been a faithful customer of this location, for over two decades, when it was Texas Oil-Xchange, but I am longer because of such depravity on the workmanship. I have been forced by Heartland's own hand to bring this to light, not in only in the hopes of being rectified for the damages caused by them, but to avoid the potential of other grievous damages to others. They ruined, by inspection of an actual mechanic, had irreparably damaged the engine bearings because of placing an oil filter that was not meant for a 2012 Kia Forte EX. This negligence, not only causing major depreciation of the vehicle, not only causing undue stress to all parties involved, but refusing to admit negligence or even fault. This has forced me to seek legal counsel in hopes of getting righted. We are not the only ones who have been wronged by this corporation. We, along with others will seek this as a method of stopping potential of future undue stress to others. read more
