I told them those always split on my tractor and I don't need fittings. (they are built into the tractor Diesel). They both started talking to me in a very condescending and exaggerated manner about what I needed. It was surprising because they really had no idea why I needed them. They were an embarrassment to this store and I walked out. They say shop locally, not at NAPA anymore.

Black Diamond had the window for my particular car, and the price, including $60 to ship it, was around $136. I ordered it in the late afternoon on a Monday and I had it by Wednesday evening. I believe I spoke with Mike and he was polite and efficient. The service was generally excellent and I greatly appreciate their help. The only drawback was reaching them. Sometimes I had to call them several times to get to a live person. There were times that no one answered the phone. There were other times when the phone went to a message machine that could, at times, get you into an endless loop. At other times, the message machine would put you on hold briefly until someone answered. It was kind of inconsistent and something I'd suggest the company improve. Otherwise, they were great and the window they sold me, now installed, is working perfectly.

I was irritated at AutoZone because I just purchased that bulb a few months ago, and I had to argue with them to get the advertised rebate. I was driving by, and stopped in Black Diamond Auto Parts for a headlight bulb. Went home, pulled the old bulb. You guessed it. Wrong bulb. If you do decide to go here and go local, I wouldn't count on getting the correct part for your car. They are nice enough, but not so nice that I feel like running back and forth returning the wrong parts.

Went home and changed my oil, came back with my jug of used oil. The girl at the counter was slow (almost high). She finally understood I was there to turn in the old oil. She took the oil and within 30 seconds came back stating their was "water or gas" in the oil. I asked her what made her think that and she said it was due to the smell. I took the cap off and it was black oil and you could smell it from mile away. Lazy girl probably didn't want to get her hands dirty.
