I assumed this was separate as I believe the marysville location is corporate. Well I just called and they quoted me starting at $169 for an oil change PLUS $50 for a tire rotation!! I'm not a cheap girly when it comes to taking care of my car, but that's insane. Marysville charges me $105 for a full oil change with tire rotation, 360 inspection and I have never had any issues or increases in prices even when I had my last Toyota. Do not waste your time with these outrageous prices. I'm always sketched out about dealerships other than corporate locations and this just confirms my fears. Would not recommend this money hungry dealership.

If they're too thin they can't turn them down because the rotors will crack. The young kid used dial calipers to measure them and purposely applied more pressure to the dial calipers to give a false reading. Then told me I needed a new rotor. When I asked him what the minimum thickness was he couldn't even tell me . This is an old trick it's been used for years.. then he told me the rotors would be ready by noon ... wrong I will never shop at dis honest performance in Federal Way ever again......

I called several tire shops, and Austin was easily the most patient, helpful, and genuine person I spoke with. I stopped by simply to get air in my tire. I sat in the air service line for several minutes without anyone coming out. I finally asked an employee if anyone was working in that area, and I was assured, *"Yes, sorry, he's on his way."* I waited another **20 minutes or so** and eventually stopped another employee to ask what was going on. Again, I was told, *"He's on his way now."* We could actually see the employee walking in our direction, so the employee I was speaking with walked away, apparently thinking I was finally about to receive service. Instead, the employee walked to an area where I could no longer see him and disappeared for another **15 minutes or so** before finally coming to my vehicle. At that point, he told me I needed to go inside because my tire had **"too little air" for him to fill it.** That was simply not true. I have never experienced anything like this at another Discount Tire location. What should have been a quick and simple request to put air in my tire turned into nearly an hour of waiting, repeatedly having to track down employees, and ultimately being given an excuse that didn't make sense. The lack of customer service and professionalism at this location was extremely disappointing. **I will not be returning to this Discount Tire location and would not recommend it to others.** If you want, I can also make it **sharper and more "Google review" style**, with wording that really emphasizes how unacceptable the employee's behavior was.

Even though I made an appointment on a prior call, I was later told that new owners do not take appointments persay but rely on anyone who comes gets in. Apparently, at this time, due to a glitch, ALL site calls are routed to this particular shop. Was checked in very expeditious and courteous for my "oil change and alignment." Unfortunately, it was not until I arrived home that I became aware that the oil change did not occur. The "new system" seems not very efficient, rather disjointed and discombobulated. I am hoping for a local, reliable future service commitment, but time will tell, I suppose.

So, this mechanic's way of doing a "free break inspection" was taking my vehicle out for a 30 min "test drive", and when he finally came back, he told me I needed all 4 brakes and 4 rotors costing $1,700. He never even put my vehicle up to remove the tires, so how did he know for sure? I went to leave, hopped in my truck, and according to my gas tank, he had driven at least 20 MILES. I was in shock.
