Had to drop by to get a replacement car battery and the service we received was very good! Requested to have the battery tested and came back to see if it was still good or bad. After an hour, returned to find out the car battery was indeed bad. So, O'Reilly gave a new one since it was still under warranty. Daryl was fantastic. I bought my son a used car yesterday but the windshield wiper blades were far too small to clear the windshield. Daryl research the appropriate size wiper blades for me after inspecting my car. He provided advice on the best windshield wipers to buy for the money and was kind enough to install those. He then checked the cabin filter to discover that The vehicle did not have one so he helped identify the best one for me and then also installed that. His customer service was excellent. Came in for some oil, their store brand full synthetic was like $6.49 a quart not bad. They had like 4 cashiers and one was with someone, one was on the phone. I was helped right away only standing for a moment in line. Rang up quickly, they also offer a rewards program. You can enter your phone number I don't think I've ever redeemed and nobody has ever offered me any kind of discount. I suppose I should ask one of these days. read more

I came in today because my work trucks transmission was slipping and there was no oil. Sorry to say but I'm pretty clueless about everything auto. The woman working there was so helpful, came out to look at what kind of transmission it was and brought me back in to the store and got me exactly what I needed. So, I go out to put in the fluids and as I bend down I break my work belt that holds all my accessories for work. Crappy day right?? I go in to see if they have some rope or something I can use and here's where it becomes amazing! The guy that also works there, I wish I could remember their names, but he literally took HIS belt off his own pants and gave me HIS belt!! Last week my daughter was driving me in her car and her windshield wipers were badly needing replacement. I suggested that she find the closest auto parts store, and through the magic of GPS, we arrived here. She asked the person behind the counter which wipers are for her car and he took us to the aisle and then gave us the pros and cons of the various offerings that fit her car. He recommended ones that were the best value (quality/price) and after we purchased them, he installed them on her car. I went to get my headlights replaced. I asked if they would replace the headlights if I buy it from them. I believe their website offers this service and another review below shows they purchased headlights from this location and were able to replace it for them without a problem. There were at least 3 employees there and they didn't seem particularly busy but he seemed annoyed that I asked him. He took a look and said he would only be able to replace one side since the other side the car battery was in the way. I asked if there was a place that offered to change lights- he wasn't sure but didn't even offer to check with the other staff who may know. I said my lights were not bright enough at night and I'm afraid to drive in the dark. He didn't even offer to help me pick a light that's brighter. Be careful when applying and being hired by the district manager Will Dequis, he will promise things and not follow through especially when negotiating starting wage. My starting wage was supposed to equal $17.00 an hour for parts delivery driver, he said he would split this up to $16.60 and then add the store commission and it would equal a little over the $17.00 an hour. Well I ended up leaving the company early due to sexual harassment and never received the $17.00 an hour. read more

If there was a method of giving this business a negative rating I would. My wife and I visited to have our battery replaced. There were a few individuals in-front of us so we waited. When it was our turn, the first clerk was attempting to assist us and was walking out to check our battery. That is when the manager (assuming) that we had to wait and he had to clear the store. We waited another 10 minutes since people continued to arrive. We left and went to another auto part store for our battery. Place is horrible for customer service and the manager (assuming) needs to work on his people skills. read more

Marc and his staff are all mad at their jobs don't take anything they say in offense. Projecting their emotions onto customers is not adequate service! Will not advise using this location. Staff was not knowledgeable at all. They didn't know much about manufacturing of parts or company policy. Left very confused and unsatisfied with all levels of help. Tsk tsk! All staff left and refused to help. I didn't know working at an auto parts store was so stressful! They need better trainings to help deal with different scenarios! So today, I found myself in a sticky situation. My car battery was totally dead, and it was totally corroded. I've never replaced a car battery before, but this really couldn't wait. I called O'Reiley's and spoke with Chris. I explained my situation & he told me to come on down! So.... I jumped the car & drove it down. Once there, I purchased the battery & Chris came out to help me with the installation. Actually he did it all - removal of the old one & installation of the new one.
