Either someone had mopped with a bucket of B.O. water or the confrontational tone sales clerk was the source but it was noxious. They had Ozium for sale and I was tempted to buy some just to spray it in the store. After being given the wrong brakes by the clerk that was more concerned about her phone conversation than double checking the part number she was selling I was in for a big surprise. After I had everything taken apart I was pissed off to learn that the clerk had given me the wrong part. People make mistakes, I know, I've made plenty, but not because I just didn't give a shit reeking like B.O. . I was lucky to be able to borrow a vehicle and even luckier that Napa was close by the shop I was working in. Patrick helped me out, double checking the right parts, and I even bought some Ozium there to bring with me when I return the wrong pads to the stinky Advanced Auto Parts. Must include that normally AAP is a good experience and I get the right parts no problem, I blame the clerk. She didn't give one flying fuck and stank like Really stank like B.O. and had an attitude like it was my problem if I found her stank offensive. So Napa was great.

It was not easy because the recommended battery was a bit too big but through his creative thinking he got it to fit just right - I would recommend his services and all of the supportive staff at Ken Pratt any time - Jim

I took my car in, and it didn't need a head gasket at all! The repair was around $500. 2) A new mechanic at a different garage quoted me $184 to clean up one of my headlights. I went to O'Reilly's and bought a $10 headlight cleanser, and the guy at the store cleaned it off for me! 3) Last night my car stalled in their parking lot (next door to my gym), and had a couple of scary warning lights! (Check engine and brakes!) The guy in the store Came out to my car, popped the hood and also used his little diagnostic machine and: saw I needed brake fluid (filled that up with the $5 bottle I bought there), showed me what the check engine doohicky diagnostic tool had said needed cleaning, and also tightened down an air intake thingamajig that was totally loose. After my workout I drove home and the dashboard warning indicators were still on, () but this morning, I started it up and all the dashboard warning lights are off. I'm making some cookies to drop off to that store! Thank you sooooo much for your help!!!

If you think the sales department is horrible just wait til you take your car to the service department, if you do I highly recommend looking your car over thoroughly before you drive off the lot! Took a day off of work to let them do warranty work on it with an appointment, sat around for 3 hours for them to only do an oil change and none of the warranty work I showed up for. Went home and was gonna reschedule the warranty work but the next morning the oil was all over my drive way, when I got down to inspect where it was coming from I found that the cover under the engine was bent up but at least it helped the oil drain off of it! It's like they compete with the sales department to see who can deliver the worst customer service! Will forever be upside down buying a new Kia with a warranty from this place 0/10 would not recommend

DO NOT GO HERE! It seems MANY of us are in the same boat with fraudulent services from this dealer…read more This dealership had my car for nearly a month, I have paid over $3000 since the beginning of the year to this dealership and we are STILL being lied to about the repairs needed for my car. I brought my car in and explained the engine issues I have been having. Despite Kia losing a class action lawsuit for failing engines and me stating that I am experiencing the same concerns that are noted in the lawsuit, Christina (service manager) insists there is nothing of concern and my vehicle does not qualify for such repairs. After reaching out to 3+ Denver Kia dealers and being told my car DOES qualify for these repairs/replacement, it's apparent that Fowler Kia of Longmont is being dishonest. Do not go to this dealership, they will take your money and lie to you about repairs.
