Not happy with the service I received here. I bought a Super Start marine battery approximately 1 month ago. Was having issues with it and checked voltage and it only had 5.9 volts. Took it in to be checked and the test said good battery but only %25 percent life left may not start in hot climates. Temperature at Lake Mead at 6pm tonight where we go is 107 degrees I would say that is a hot climate .Don't want to get stuck out on that lake in that weather as there is no phone service some parts. They did not want to give me a refund only exchange. I do not want a low quality battery again .I had to call the main office on the phone almost an hour while they contacted the district manager which told the acting manager at this location to refund my money. I took the battery back in and let her know that district manager would be calling her . She answered back with a snippy "I KNOW WHO HE IS" . I am surprised she still works there 2 reviews mention her by name and three other say the rude old lady .Gee wonder who that could be. Moral of the story is the Super start batteries are not reliable and she is rude. read more

So I came in to see if they could change my battery. The manager wouldn't let the employees help. So I was trying to do it with the tools I was lent and it was taking what felt like a century, because I wasn't sure how to take it apart. It was also extremely hot outside. Finally an Angel came to my rescue (Not an employee) and helped me take out the old one and put in the new. So the wicked witch sat in her office while letting her employee's watch someone struggle and not let them help. CRAZY. It used to not be like this. This is how you lose customers. My family had been buying a lot of products from O'reilly. But not anymore. Thank you to the employee that wanted to help more but were unable to. I appreciate it. read more

My car battery got drained so I went here to replace my car battery. The lady on the counter checked if they have a battery stock for replacement and open my hood to see the location of the battery, there's a bar that is blocking on the hood and it needs to be removed so that the battery can be repaced. The lady told me that she cannot remove the bar but she will check with one of his guy coworker if he can take out the bar and replace the batterry. The guy confirmed that he can remove the bar and replace the battery but I need to wait for 40 mins coz he is so busy. So I waited for 40 mins. After 40 mins of waiting I made a follow up to replace my car battery and told him that I already waited for 40 mins. But the guy mentioned that he is still busy and that I need to wait for another 40 mins. Since my car is not starting so I have no choice but to wait again. After waiting for almost 2 hours the guy went out to replace the battery. Looks like he is just pretending to check it, then he mentioned that he cannot take out the bar as he does not have a tool to remove it and that he cannot replace the battery. This really pisses me off, after waiting for 2 hours then he will say that he cannot remove the bar and that he does not have tools. He should have told me this earlier!! I beleive he is just lazy doing it. I told him that I want to talk to the manager and he mentioned that he is the manager and his name is Jose/John. Thankfully there is a Les Schwab beside this store and they helped me remove the bar and replace the batterry. They just use a wrench to remove the bar and replace the battery for less than 15mins. read more

She told Me to Wait & Someone else will Help Me. I waited off to the Side & then another Lady from Across the Store with Glasses started to Yell at Me & told Me to Leave the Store Accusing Me of Stealing Merchandise. I wasn't even Sure if She was talking to Me But She Was.I didn't put Up a Fuss I needed assistance with My Wipers I had to go Back Home to get my Receipt for Anyone to Help Me On My Return ALL the Employees were in the Back. All the Customers were looking at each other Like they didn't Know Where anyone one Was. My husband is always a customer here, we went today to drop off some oil, turned out he had more than he thought (a guy told him 5 gallons and the person in the back said only 1 gallon), it was frustrating that there was no communication, but kind of understandable. One of the managers told him to go back inside. So he went inside again and ROSEMARIE one of the managers gave him a flyer that had directions to where we could go to drop everything at once. When he left the store, I am spanish speaking (he is a white male, he does not speak spanish) was in line to pay for something, i overheard ROSEMARIE a manager AND JESSE talk shit behind his back. They need to learn to be quiet when customers are around because you don't know who can be listening! The fact that at least one of them is a manager and the store was busy, they still had the audacity to say something wether it be in spanish or english, in front of all those customers. They need to be demoted or go take a customer service class. And it's probably not the first time it has happened due to how comfortable they were talking about it, loud enough for me to hear it. read more

Wow! Just finished replacing wiper blades with Antonio at O'Reilly's ..... he was GREAT!, I made a comment/complement about how many employees he had ready to Help. He let me know as the Manager " I don't like to see people wait " . I just haven't been in a retail environment where Customer Service was KING lately, it was really nice. If I'm going to get something basic off the shelf that I know for certain is there I'm in and out but the people that staff the computers with respects are garbage when it comes to looking up parts they rely heavily on the computer and more than half the time will make you order and wait for a part that doesn't fit on you car and will insist you that it does just for five trip back until you get what you want. read more
