Mine blew on my way home Friday afternoon, and I didn't notice it until twenty four hours later. On Sunday, I was getting nervous. But when my dad and I discovered the fuse problem, it was like a prick in the stress balloon. I drove his car to this Advance Auto Parts, got there at the same time as one DeAngelo, who promptly began helping me in the most friendly manner I could ask for. As quick as he was, I almost wish it had taken longer so I could've gotten to know him better. I will look forward to being a customer here again. Called to return it and was told to bring it back to get a refund. When I get there I'm told their policy is only for store credit and he's giving it "Just to be nice". I drove over 5 hours to even pick it up then again 5 hours to drop it off and be told something completely different in person about my refund on top of being spoken to disrespectfully by the "manager". The fact this place is far from me isn't on them. But giving me my refund for something so horribly and worthless is! On top the way of speaking is so outrageous! Don't do business here!
