I also verified that I needed the vehicle present to program the fob. I double checked this twice because I live an hour away each way. I get there and the customer service guy told me that he doesn't have time for me. I'm the only one in the store. Turning customers away is unacceptable and I recommend going to Lowe's or anywhere else for your needs.

Owner Tony hung up on me and failed to make it right. He used parts from another alternator....it…read morelasted only 8000 miles ....my original lasted 328,000 miles. I Broke down in a remote location and was stranded 2 hours from home. I paid nearly $900 in towing and repairs and he did not want to hear it and make it right. Aside from inferior parts or labor.... his unwillingness to listen and make it right says a lot about his character, his attitude, business ethics and most important his broken promise.
