Horrible customer service! One time shame on you; but twice shame on us for giving this place another chance.

He charged me more than the posted price. When I pointed that out, he said the lower price was only for Delorean injectors. But the posted price is clearly on a page titled "Porsche Parts," it says nothing about Deloreans. I asked for an explanation or a refund, he just ignored my multiple emails. I do have to admit that he sent back a rebuilt Warm up Regulator quickly. Although, based on our email back and forth, I thought the price he quoted included a performance 'enhancement.' If he had been clear in his email quote that it did not, I've not have shipped the part from California to Texas when I could get a simple WUR rebuild locally and save shipping and insurance. Plus, I've had been able to see that he was over charging me for the injectors.

We even spent an hour chatting about it on the phone. When we called to get it fixed, he starts yelling at me that I keep repeating myself. Never accused him of anything. He just started yelling at us. Talks a big game about being a CIS specialist. But again, he is just another hack that can't deliver on anything he says. No wonder he doesn't accept CC or paypal. We found out that people were revoking payment for all of his mistake. Subsequently, we are out $370 and paid by bank check per his request. Do not use this guy. Completely useless. Also, claims that he builds all of the WUR's, however, thru some research we found that he sends them all out to be rebuilt.
