Now is doing a lawsuit on "Moonshadow" Just like their name they do some shady shit in the shadows. They also stole money from a friend named Maka V. 2 years ago and he left a review on yelp. He purchased custom wheels from this place paid in full. Only to be lied to about why the wheels are not ready. He had to track down the manufactor of the wheels only to discover my wheels have been ready for weeks and they manufactors refuses to ship the wheels out because Moonshadow Dallas has not paid anything towards the invoice. So since he paid via zelle he have no choice but to go to court. He had to see why they want you to pay via zelle or cash. He tried talking to owner and he (Chris) refuses to talk or make thing write. Shady business with unprofessional employees, management, and an invisible owner. I went to this place to get my rear view mirror back in permanently position instead they place a temporary glue on it They never mentioned it was going to be temporary Who wants to spent $30 dollar in a temporary glue I could have bought it at autozone and do it myself I followed their instructions to not move it on the next 2 following days when I attempted to move it into a certain place It fell off so I went back to the store owner to get it fixed again Or get my money back But they didn't resolved my issue. read more

I can't say enough about how great of a job the guys at Moonshadow did handling my 3 piece CCW Classics. I blew a tire outside of Mt. Vernon and got towed here and I'm glad I didn't choose any other tire shop near Dallas. For starters, the equipment they have removes and installs tires on the wheel without getting anywhere near the silicone bead. If you have a 3 piece wheel that isn't welded, it's crucial to make sure you're not rubbing against the silicone as it could cause a leak. On top of that, they knew with Viper's, you're supposed to pop the doors, hood, and trunk when jacking the car up as it prevents flex and stress in the fiberglass. It was also just overall nice to feel welcomed by everyone there and be in the presence of real car people. If you're looking for a tire or wheel shop near Dallas, I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else. These guys also rebuild 3 piece wheels so I'm going to be mailing them a set of Kinesis wheel faces I have to re-barrel. read more

Came here because based on the Yelp reviews and the price that I was getting (ended up paying ~$124 for window tinting a 2016 Toyota Prius). I must say, they probably have one of the best quality in the DFW area. It's been a week and window tinting is just flawless EXCEPT for one part on the driver side where you can see a very SLIGHT opening, but, however, I don't mind it and realize that these people are not machines when they do this type of work. Definitely would come back here again to do work on my tints if I happen to get another car. read more

I not really the kind of guy you're likely to find at a tinting shop that also sells every thing under the sun to pimp out your ride. (Ouch, did I really say "pimp?"). But I found myself there recently after I had some audio trouble with my "new" truck. The radio was not putting out any sound. Anyway, my car salesman took me over and, to make a long story short, Moonshadow made it right. A lot of folk say that they'll treat you fairly but Moonshadow really does. Great service. They tinted my windows June of 2016. I was their last customer of the day, which is why I think I received such a crappy tint job. The driver's side window film was cut raggedy, there's little fine bubbles everywhere on each window. I called them and left messages, they will not call me back. I have contacted them on Facebook and I can see that they read my message, and yet they chose to ignore me once again. I regret using a Groupon for them. They want your money, but they don't want to correct their crappy job! GO ELSEWHERE FOR WINDOW TINT!!!! read more

Purchased a Groupon for window tinting. Called and made a 2:00 appointment. Showed up nearly 20 minutes early. At 3:00 we were still sitting in the waiting area. Desk attendant kept saying only a few more minutes. I don't know why the technician couldn't find out what tint shade we wanted and us be on our way. We wouldn't have cared if it took 3+ hours if were weren't sitting in the waiting area twiddling our thumbs. We brought two cars to avoid this. We were not waiting on them to do the work. We were waiting for them to actually take the "order." They really need some customer service skills. Another man was trying to get prices on rims and tires and they weren't taking care of him either. Luckily, we were within our cancellation window on our Groupon and were able to get a refund. read more

Moonshadow installed over a $900.00 car alarm. Almost immediately I had issues, warning lights, air conditioning system stopped working..Car started all by itself. I assumed it was my brand new truck having issues, so I took to dealership. Dealer said car alarm system was interfering with factory computer on truck. Took back to Moonshadows and they "fixed" issue so it would no longer interfere with factory computer. Drove to California shortly after arriving, had same issues again. Took to another Nissan dealer, who said looked like alarm was interfering again, and may need to be removed. Took to 3rd Nissan dealership when truck wouldn't start, and warning lights came on again. Nissan dealer removed alarm or it would void truck warranty. Spoke to Mat Jackson..he didn't want to give me his real name at Moonshadow, who basically said guy who sold alarm system no longer works there and wouldn't entertain the idea of a refund even if I returned fully intact alarm system. NEVER RECOMMENDED MOONSHADOW TO ANYONE. read more
