Best automotive repair experience I have had…read more Christmas Eve, I called more than 15 shops. Finally this one answered with knowledgeable assistance and personable demeanor. I had to be towed an hour to get there. They diagnosed the problem quickly, had the parts brought even quicker and I was out there door with peace of mind for my holiday travels. They advised future issues that might come up, honored their parts and service with a warranty and have a very nice waiting room where I could work. Kudos to Kevin for his excellent customer service and the entire staff seemed to be friends and happy. Even on Christmas Eve.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I do not trust them to check the air…read morein my tires; it was that bad!!! Mitch did a great job with my transmission, that was the only positive. However, the other guys did not install my manual shifter correctly after 2 attempts & having my car for over 1.5 months. The shifter when installed correctly, is supposed to prevent anyone from going to into reverse instead of 1st gear. I was told to drive it a bit & bring it back, that happened twice. The problem was never fixed. You would think they would work on it right away since they had already received my payment but my car was thrown to the back of the line. After literally being bribed by one of the service managers, which I provided proof to the manager, the shifter installed incorrectly & being without my car for a long time due to all of the errors, I regret the day I let them work on my car.

The bearings were shot, and you could hear it whine...55K mileage. Except for bearings, which are common, no replacement parts or replacement whole units were available, or would be available in any predictable timeframe. I was at the end of the road for repair. Jake took on the job and got it done- his first time with this particular problem. Great service and communication, with fair pricing and a good attitude. Can't go wrong with Jake by my experience.
