Jairo helped me this time and asked me if it was under warranty before starting the process. I told him I was told no the night before. It took him 5 seconds to pull me up again and tell me the battery I purchased TWO years ago was in fact still under warranty. Three blades for about $10 a piece. (I'm not sure why other stores think I should pay more than that for a Honda Fit.) The store is tucked away in the back of a strip mall (same one as Majestic Liquor). There is tons of parking. This strip mall doesn't get much action. I really like that they look up in stock items for you, give you pricing, and tell you about online offerings.

Super helpful staff here and I learned of another free AutoZone service: Battery Charging…read more I had a small 12-volt battery (for an electric gate) that went dry. I figured the battery was toast, but (after filling the cells with distilled water) decided to take it to AutoZone for testing. Well I learned that not only do they test, but they charge batteries too. Since their charger is higher amperage than my dinky home charger, I know this can often breath life into a battery. The process took about an hour, so we used this time to pop down the street for some tamales, which we ate in the park. An hour later we returned to AutoZone to learn that battery passed the test and charged properly. I put it back in the gate and so far it's working fine. AutoZone's free service just saved (or delayed) another cash outlay. Thanks AutoZone! PS. Don't forget about AutoZone's free engine diagnostic code reader (if your Check Engine Light) is on. This can save you big bucks!
