Plus the Bosch wipers we like AND the grease gun/grease. We also needed a lift but decided to hold off on it this time since we were already over $100 and the lift was about $280. The only thing we didn't get was the sway bar bushings since they needed to be ordered, but no biggie! We found another alternative for that. I never have an issue getting an appointment that works with my schedule, the price is always fair, the team is a delight to work with (always friendly), and (if the maintenance is going to take several hours) I've been able to utilize a no charge loaner vehicle. I have had issues with the service department several times over the years. First, after an oil…read morechange, my engine was damaged because the technician did not remove the original filter and my vehicle required a new engine and components. My car was in the shop for over 9 months and although I was given a loaner for that time, they inconvenienced me further several times by having me swap the loaner 3 times because they kept selling the loaner they gave me. Next, I brought my car in for an intermittant tail light issue. My vehicle has a 10 year bumper to bumper warranty. Although I spoke to the warranty company 3 times and they assured me that the component was covered, Jerry's claimed that it wasn't and wanted to charge me almost $300. I purchase the part for $20 and repaired it myself. This last time, they again claimed that due to rodent damage, they would not cover the part. I told them that I did not want the repair. This time they insisted I pay the diagnostic fee. Because of my warranty, I had never been charged this before but they insisted that the diagnostic fee was not included in the warranty. In order to retrieve my car without paying the diagnostic fee, I had to agree to forfeit the free oil changes I received for the blown engine inconvenience and I was banned from returning to Jerry's for service again. They literally put that on the receipt. This does not seem like a good way to do business to me and I don't want to do business with a company like that. Beware, I can only speak on the service center, I have never purhased a vehicle from them.

I called for an update 2 weeks later and was told all my parts were in but the service department had 10 vehicles ahead of mine so it would still be a few weeks. Later the same week, I was informed my vehicle was in the shop being worked on. Then the following week Austin called to let me know my vehicle was ready for pickup. So, it only took a month for them to replace the motor and get my vehicle going. Very satisfied with the customer service we received and highly recommend them.

I took the battery back to the Hulen store and was told I couldn't return the battery because it was dead. I was told to bring it to this store. The store manager told me the same thing and then called me a liar and told me I used the battery and that they tested the battery before they sold it to me. Which they did not do in front of me when it was sold to me. So I was sold a faulty battery, told I was a liar and now i'm out $80 of which I at least got store credit but they still robbed me of $80. Wait the 3 extra days and buy it on Amazon or spend the extra $20 at another place that honors their return policy. Worst customer service i've ever seen.

When I asked for store manager or district manager info Tristen hung up on me . I tried to call back and Tristen wouldn't answer the phone . Later in the day I called back and said did " I called earlier did mean to hang up on me . " Tristen's reply " absolutely the Manager will be here Monday-Friday " then hung up on me . If you get a battery and don't ever have an issue this might be an ok place to buy . But if you have an issue and want them to stand by the warranty you are out of luck and will have to call corporate or go to another location because Tristen doesn't care one bit of you are a customer .
