We made a visit today since we were in town. And we didn't check stock online beforehand since we wanted to try our luck. GREAT NEWS! They had both the Cabin and air filters we needed. Plus the Bosch wipers we like AND the grease gun/grease. We also needed a lift but decided to hold off on it this time since we were already over $100 and the lift was about $280. The only thing we didn't get was the sway bar bushings since they needed to be ordered, but no biggie! We found another alternative for that. My car battery seem weak so I took it here to have it tested. I met Jim Carrell, a great gentleman, who took great care of me. My battery was under warranty and was replaced free of charge. Jim even gave me some great advice on how to maintain and take of it. People like Jim make customer like me return again and again, he replace and install my battery all within 10 mins. He accidentally cut his hands, which bleed a little bit, I feed so bad for the incident, but he continue on with the replacement without a complain. I am a 71 year old grandma. I brought my battery to the store to get a new one. I struggled to get it in the door. A worker passed by me and just motioned for me to take it to the counter. What! Autozone is the home mechanics best friend. Often the key to being able to do the job yourself is having the proper tool. The problem is these tools start to really add up, and doesn't make sense if you are only using them once. Autozone to the rescue! They have an awesome tool loaner program. Just goto there web site, and you can see all the tools that are available. They basically sell them to you, then give you a full refund when returned. Just make sure you only keep them a day or so. I forgot once, and now the proud owner of a set of strut spring compressors. I also really like that they track all your warranty information in their systems. I'm not the type that is going to come up with a receipt a year down the road. Staff wise I have not generally been all that impressed, and have decided screw it several times when I saw the line that forms. It can feel like a scene from the stock exchange trading floor at times, bidding for a turn just to check out. When i do get someone they are nice, but I feel they are more cashiers than mechanics. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. Me and my friend came to pick up a part he needed to fix his car, the part we got was not what we needed so we went back to return it, Jess was the person doing the return and was very rude about us returning it even though we had the receipt and the packaging it came in. We then returned on another day to ask a few questions about ordering a part, Jess was at the register again giving us dirty looks and laughed when we asked a question and made a rude comment to us and walked away when she wasn't even the associate helping us. Other then that The other employees are very helpful but the fact that she is a manager who has been giving us problems is very upsetting. read more

I wrote a review earlier today and I would like to update it. My 2 yr warranty battery had to be replaced 3 times. I bought the 1st one in 8/2015, and it went bad 3/2016. AutoZone replaced it with another battery which went bad 8/2016. They replaced it again. Then today 2/2017 this battery went dead. This two year battery still has a warranty till 8/2017. This time they replaced it with a 5 year warranty battery at no extra charge. Thank you! read more
