I called the store and complained ended up taking my truck to another shop to get realigned and the computer codes cleared. Turns out they didn't even align my truck completely correct. Paid for an alignment that meant nothing at Les Schwab waste of $125. Ended up paying for another alignment at another store that could clear my codes because the alignment sheet showed that Les Schwab didn't do jack shit to my truck as far as aligning it.

They knew what to do and did it in a little more than an hour. I would go back for service again.read more

She took the truck to the shop and they were supposed to fix the rear main seal and the water pump. They proceeded to tell her it wasn't the rear main seal and that we needed a new oil pan. Charged her for what should've been a gold plated coil pan and then they didn't connect the air intake properly and also jammed the mass airflow sensor in sideways. When I had gotten my truck back after deployment it was gasping for air we found the air leak and fixed that particular problem. However I ignored that it had a new rough idle and it just threw code for both banks and that's when I noticed the mass airflow sensor. whoever the mechanic that worked on my vehicle should never be allowed near a vehicle again. The amount of items he was negligent towards not to mention the lack of finesse with the parts he reapplied show he does not have what it takes to be a mechanic. I was so mad initially with how I got my truck back i didnt ever want to acknowledge my truck went to that shop I now regret not taking it back and forcing them to fix what they had done.

It was 6pm on July 3rd, and every repair place we called was closed. Safelight returned our message and said they could repair our windshield sometime on Monday the 10th of July. So I called my dear friend Jenny who lives near Gillette, Wyoming and asked her if she knew ANYONE who could replace our trashed windshield sooner. She replied, " I certainly do!" and she put us in touch with Vanessa at Novus Glass in Gillette. Vanessa said she could get us in on the 6th and replace our entire windshield. Timeline: Our windshield was trashed by hail at 6pm on July 3rd & entirely placed with ALL sensors working perfectly at 4pm on July 6th. It didn't involve buying new tires because diagnosis of the problem with under inflation was unknown - it could've been a defective tire or tire with a nail in it. Also, the readings for tire gauge with it were different from the tire, pressure management system, signaling that perhaps one or the other might be faulty. I had these folks look into it. they figured out tge solutions in about 15 minutes. Can't say enough good things about this place or the staff and management. Discount tire doesn't usually charge customers for air checks and top offs. But if they help you out as they did me I suggest you leave this guys who did the work a cash tip. Discount tire will get my next tire business.

I dropped the vehicle off at 8:00 a.m. and was told the assessment would take only a few hours. However, I did not receive any communication throughout the day. When I called at approximately 4:30 p.m. for an update, the staff member I spoke with was unprofessional and dismissive. I simply wanted to know what had been diagnosed, the estimated cost, and whether the tailgate latch repair had been completed. At that point, I was informed that the tailgate latch had not been repaired and that the shop had identified nearly $8,000 in additional issues. I advised them not to schedule or proceed with any repairs and stated I would come in the following morning to discuss the findings. I arrived at 8:00 a.m. the next day and explained that I intended to seek a second opinion. The same staff member remained unprofessional and then stated that someone from my crew had accessed the truck overnight and tampered with the tailgate. This claim is completely false. My crew and I were over 100 miles away and did not return until that morning. When I inspected the truck, I found that multiple wires had been cut and an additional bracket had been broken on the tailgate--damage that was not present when I dropped the vehicle off. As a result, the cost to repair the tailgate increased by an additional $500-$600. When I asked whether the vehicle had been vandalized on their property, I did not receive a clear or appropriate response. I requested the return of my truck and informed them that I would be taking it elsewhere for another evaluation. I was only given the manager's phone number, and despite waiting all day, I have yet to receive a return call. Given the circumstances, I believe a police report for vandalism occurring on their property should have been considered. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism throughout this experience has been unacceptable. Overall the person running this store was rude and had zero customer service skills. They lost my business forever. Go to mystic if you actually want help and good service. I don't see this store lasting very long if this is how they conduct business.
