I thought the time frame may help for management to know who was working this morning. Earlier, when cleaning snow off my windshield, I bumped my windshield wiper with my snow broom. The wiper blade broke and a part fell off. I saw a colleague at work too, clearing snow and asked him for help. He had a look and said the wiper was broken and I needed a new one. I ended up at Auto Zone right after this. The man that helped me was having a look at the part I brought in and then I also handed him a smaller piece that had come off. Immediately he took the small piece I gave him and he was able to connect it to the other piece. He said, you don't need a new wiper blade. He then walked me to my car and reattached the piece to the wiper part. I asked if I owned him any money for his help and he smiled and said no and to have a great day. I sure wish I had asked his name. I am very happy for the kind, helpful and courteous service that I received from the Fort Eddy Rd. location. His kindness and great customer service made my day. And he did not have to be honest. He could have easily sold me a new windshield wiper. Thanks for your honestly and great manners and outstanding customer service.

My only mis step was I bought all the pieces they'd need and then found out they only work on cars with parts they provide. So, make sure yall don't spend the extra money on parts they can't use. They had my car for about an hour and I got it back with a new strut, an oil change, an inspection and they took the time to fix my hood lever. This week, my husband and I were concerned about an upcoming long-distance trip. We'll be driving our 2002 Honda CRV from Maine to Florida... and our car has nearly 350,000 miles on it, and it's been making some odd noises. (Fortunately, during an earlier trip to New Hampshire, our car had needed a repair, and Accomplished Auto was nearest to our hotel. I found myself in a bind this past October with my Toyota needing complete brakes (I used the E brake to get it to his shop) front and bake as well as an exhaust pipe Bob found missing & preventing emissions from passing as well as a dozen other things to pass inspection. Needless to say, my budget was limited and time was of the essence due to my work requires travel. Bob did all the brakes, rehabbed the exhaust and took care of the dozen other items on a Saturday afternoon of me delivering it too him.
