Prices on other parts comparable to online retail prices - I am willing to pay more to support local businesses that can get parts for my car. Visit 2: bring back list of parts, I am informed the parts were shipped back because I didn't come back in 24 hours. Very much get the vibe that it is a deep inconvenience to them. Sorry for almost doing business with you. I won't be going back. I get better service at Autozone. I get better service at the DMV and traffic court.

They started off strong, atmosphere was very friendly and I really thought this was going to be the…read moreplace for all my repairs. I had a lot of work done here, including the AC, but still had the same issue afterward. Later I discovered that every AC component had been replaced except the actuators -- which turned out to be the actual problem. They also did my leaf springs and reinstalled the shocks, but failed to bolt the bottom bolts down. A brake chamber was installed incorrectly, with the brake hose rubbing on the frame. This eventually caused the hose to break, leading to a roadside breakdown. The problem I see here is a lack of attention to detail and rushing through jobs without truly diagnosing the issues. I also dealt with a third-party warranty company that required the shop's business license and certified mechanic certificates. The shop promised to provide these but never did. They kept saying their mechanics were certified but refused to prove it to the #Warranty company. I expected more -- especially since they always claimed they would "look after me" as a customer. In the end, when I pressed for the documentation, they simply said, "We don't have to'

My only complaint is they get so busy they can't get your car in right away. And one last thing. One evening they had a part come in late and were willing to stay at night and fix it for no extra charge! I told them no I could wait til morning so the guys could go home, but they were willing to stay!
